| Objective:PCOS is a common gynecological endocrine disease in women of childbearing age.According to its general characteristics,PCOS can be divided into four phenotypes. This study aims to explore the correlation between different phenotypes of PCOS by sex hormone levels,AMH,DHEAs,AND and other indicators. Methods:Patients diagnosed with PCOS in Xinjiang Autonomous Region People’s Hospital from June 2020 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into four phenotypes according to inclusion and exclusion criteria: A:(OA+HA+PCO),B:(OA+HA),C:(HA+PCO),D:(OA+PCO)were used to compare the phenotypes and sex hormone levels,AMH,DHEAs and AND.Results:A total of 1600 patients diagnosed with PCOS in Xinjiang Autonomous Region People’s Hospital from June 2020 to December 2022 were included in this study.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 344 patients with PCOS were included in this study, including 110 cases with phenotype A,accounting for 31.9%,121 cases with phenotype B,accounting for35.2%,and 45 cases with phenotype C,accounting for 13.1%.There were 68 cases with D phenotype, accounting for 19.8%.The most common of these is the B phenotype.Among the four phenotypes, the average age of phenotype A was 27.78 years old,the average age of phenotype B was 27.11 years old,the average age of phenotype C was 29.69 years old,and the average age of phenotype D was 28.34 years old.The age of phenotype B was significantly younger than that of phenotype C,showing statistical significance(P<0.05).The level of estradiol in phenotype D was lower than that in phenotype B;the level of LH and LH/FSH in phenotype A were significantly higher than those in phenotype D;the level of testosterone in phenotype D was lower than that in phenotype A,B and C,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The DHEAs of D phenotype was lower than those of A and B,and the AND of D phenotype was lower than those of A,B and C,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The AMH level of phenotype A was higher than that of phenotype C and D,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of progesterone, prolactin and FSH among the four phenotypes(P > 0.05).There is significant correlation among the research indicators. Conclusion:PCOS phenotype A is the most severe phenotype, and phenotype B is the most common phenotype.Phenotypes A AMH,LH,LH/FSH were significantly higher than other phenotypes, while DT,DHEAs,AND were significantly lower than other phenotypes. These indicators have guiding significance for the diagnosis of various types of PCOS,and the classification of PCOS has guiding significance for assisted reproductive technology and pregnancy outcome. In clinical treatment, specific individual treatment should be carried out according to the different characteristics of different subtypes. |
