| Objective: To observe the postoperative pregnancy outcome of HEOS cold scissors system in patients with intrauterine adhesions, analyze the relationship between various factors and the pregnancy outcome of patients with intrauterine adhesion cold scissors separation, and to determine whether the HEOS cold scissors system is good for the pregnancy outcome after intrauterine adhesions. Methods: A retrospective analysis of the case data of 145 patients with uterine adhesions admitted to the gynecology outpatient clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from October 2020 to January 2022,who met the inclusion criteria, was performed to collect pre-,intra-,and post-operative data,to follow up the pregnancy rate, recurrence of adhesions, improvement of menstruation, and occurrence of adverse effects by telephone, and to analyze the relationship between postoperative pregnancy rate and various factors.Results:1.General: the mean age of the patients was 30.86±3.434 years, and the postoperative pregnancy rate: 51%.2.The results of single-factor analysis of factors and pregnancy outcome showed that etiology, duration of disease, preoperative adhesion degree, previous history of electrodesiccation, number of TCRA,postoperative endometrial thickness, uterine cavity morphology, and menstrual recovery were statistically significant(P < 0.05)with pregnancy outcome after cold knife separation;the number of pregnancies, number of uterine operations, preoperative menstruation, and re-adhesion were not statistically significant(P > 0.05);the results of multi-factor analysis showed that disease duration, postoperative endometrial thickness, and previous history of electrodesection were risk factors for postoperative pregnancy, and the area under the curve was calculated to be0.683,0.771,and 0.658,respectively the area under the curve for the combined factor was0.846.Conclusion: Cold scissors separation of uterine adhesions protects the endometrium and improves the pregnancy rate.Etiology, duration of disease, degree of preoperative adhesions, previous history of electrodesiccation, number of TCRA,postoperative endometrial thickness, morphology of the uterine cavity, and menstrual recovery are all factors that influence the pregnancy rate after cold scissors surgery. |
