Influence The Success And Failure Of Conservative Treatment Of Ectopic Pregnancy Case-control Study

Objective:To compare the difference of influencing factors between the successful and unsuccessful conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy,and to study the distribution characteristics of influencing factors between the successful and unsuccessful conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods: A case-control study was conducted.A total of 97 patients were selected from the department of Gynecology of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine during 5years from January 2018 to January 2023,and they met the standard of inclusion.The patient information was collected: The age of the patient,the number of days of menstrual cessation,abdominal pain,vaginal bleeding,reproductive system infection,history and frequency of uterine peritoneal operation,the thickness of endometrium,the diameter of pelvic mass,the presence of pelvic effusion,the distribution of TCM syndromes,conservative treatment methods and so on,and the relevant factors were statistically analyzed.Results: For the 97 cases that met the standard of Narrows,according to the investigation,86 cases were in the conservative treatment successful group and 11 cases were in the conservative treatment failure group,accounting for 11.34% of the total cases.Comparison of general data: There were no significant differences in the mean age,mean days of menstrual cessation and pelvic mass diameter between EP group and EP group(P > 0.05).There were statistical differences in the average history and frequency of uterine peritoneal operation and the average endometrial thickness(P < 0.05).Univariate analysis showed that the history and frequency of uterine peritoneal operation,inflammation of reproductive system,TCM syndrome type were significantly correlated with the success and failure of EP conservative treatment(P < 0.05).There was a correlation between conservative treatment methods and the success and failure of conservative treatment(P < 0.05).There were differences between different conservative treatment methods and the success of conservative treatment in TCM group and TCM +methotrexate group(P < 0.05).The results of multi-factor logistics regression analysis showed that the history and frequency of uterine peritoneal operation and inflammation of reproductive system were independent risk factors for the failure of EP conservative treatment(P < 0.05).
