Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of antihypertensive combination in the treatment of H-type hypertension and to provide a basis for clinical application. Methods: The clinical observation cases were all from 80 patients who met the inclusion criteria in the cardiology department of the Second People’s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region(Uyghur Medical Hospital)from December 2021 to January 2023.They were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group selected the conventional Western medicine antihypertensive drug nifedipine controlled-release tablets 30 mg orally once a day for 4 weeks. On this basis, the treatment group added 50 ml of antihypertensive mixture three times a day, warm after meals, for 4 weeks. The basic information of the two groups of patients was recorded, and the changes in blood pressure before and after treatment were analyzed, including room blood pressure, morning blood pressure, total antihypertensive effect,24-hour dynamic blood pressure, and the rate of reaching the standard of dynamic blood pressure. The syndrome of Uyghur medicine included the main symptom score The efficacy evaluation and safety were evaluated using indicators such as sub symptom score and total score, single symptom score of Uyghur medicine syndrome, efficacy of Uyghur medicine syndrome, score of Du’s Hypertension Quality of Life Scale, and changes in homocysteine(HCY)values. Results: 1.In terms of blood pressure changes: After treatment, the results of the examination room blood pressure and morning blood pressure of the two groups of patients showed significant differences(P<0.05)within each group before and after treatment, with a decrease in blood pressure. However, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The effective rate of blood pressure in the treatment group was 95.0%,while the effective rate of blood pressure in the control group was 92.5%.The effective rate of morning blood pressure in the treatment group was 97.5%,while the effective rate of morning blood pressure in the control group was90.0%,with no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment, the 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure results of the two groups of patients showed a significant decrease in24-hour SBP,24-hour DBP,DSBP,DDBP,NSBP,NDBP,Max-DSBP,Max-DDBP,Max-NSBP,and Max-NDBP compared within the group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in 24 h SBP,24 h DBP,and Max-NSBP among groups(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in DSBP,DDBP,NSBP,NDBP,Max-DSBP,Max-DDBP,and Max-NDBP(P>0.05).The results of 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure compliance showed that the compliance rate of the treatment group was 70.0%higher than that of the control group(47.5%),with a significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that the compliance rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.2.In terms of Uyghur medicine syndrome: After treatment, there was a significant difference in the main symptom score, secondary symptom score, and total score between the two groups of patients before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the Uyghur medicine syndrome score decreased; There is a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group can better reduce the total score of Uyghur medicine syndrome, main symptom score, and secondary symptom score compared to the control group. After treatment, the improvement of headache and dizziness scores in the treatment group was better than that in the control group, with significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in tinnitus, fatigue, limb numbness,etc.(P>0.05).The results of the therapeutic effect of Uyghur medicine syndrome showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.7%higher than that of the control group 65.0%,with a significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that the therapeutic effect of Uyghur medicine syndrome in the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.3.Quality of life: After treatment, the scores of the Du’s Hypertension Quality of Life Scale in both groups of patients were significantly improved, and there were statistically significant differences within the group(P<0.05).There is a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group can better improve the quality of life of patients compared to the control group. After treatment, the individual quality of life scores of the two groups of patients showed that the improvement of insomnia and chest tightness in the treatment group was better than that in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),while the improvement of palpitations was not significant, with no significant difference(P>0.05).4.In terms of homocysteine(HCY): After treatment, both groups of patients showed a significant decrease in homocysteine(HCY),and the differences within the group were statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was a significant difference between groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was more effective in reducing HCY concentration compared to the control group. The comparison of the degree of HCY level reduction between the two groups after treatment showed that the effective rate of HCY level reduction in the treatment group was 52.50%,while the control group was 35.00%,with a significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that the therapeutic effect of HCY level reduction in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group. In the process of this study, data analysis was conducted on various safety indicators of the two groups of patients, and there was no significant difference(P>0.05),indicating high safety. Conclusion: The combination of antihypertensive mixture and Western medicine antihypertensive drugs has a better effect on achieving dynamic blood pressure standards, maintaining traditional Chinese medicine syndromes, quality of life, and reducing HCY concentration than the simple use of Western medicine antihypertensive therapy.Compared with using Western medicine alone, the combination of antihypertensive mixture and Western medicine is more effective in controlling blood pressure, improving the rate of achieving the standard for ambulatory blood pressure, and reducing indicators such as 24-hour SBP,24-hour DBP,and Max-NSBP in 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure of patients with type H hypertension. In terms of improving the symptoms of Uyghur medicine,it is more effective in improving the efficacy of Uyghur medicine in patients, and can also effectively improve symptoms such as headache and dizziness in patients with H-type hypertension. In terms of quality of life,it can effectively improve symptoms such as insomnia and chest tightness in patients with H-type hypertension. In terms of HCY concentration,it is more effective in reducing HCY concentration in patients with H-type hypertension. The safety during the treatment process is relatively high, and it is worth further research in clinical practice.
