Clinical Observation Of Xiaoyao Lishui Decoction In Treating Ascites Of Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency Cirrhosis

Objectives:To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoyao lishui decoction on ascites of liver cirrhosis with liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency,and evaluate its clinical effectiveness and safety,in order to provide effective theoretical basis and clinical method for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:Select 64 patients with cirrhosis ascites of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type who meet the standard,and divide them into control group and treatment group according to the treatment method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was given routine Western medicine treatment(including liver protection,diuresis,etiology treatment,etc.),while the treatment group was given Xiaoyao Lishui Decoction orally on the basis of the control group.The total course of treatment for both groups was 4 weeks.Record the general situation of the patient,TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,ascites and abdominal ultrasound related indicators,liver function,blood coagulation function,and quality of life scores.After collecting all data,statistical software was used to analyze the resulting data,and compare and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups.Result:1.General information: 64 cases were enrolled,2 cases were shed in the treatment group and 2 cases in the control group,and 60 cases were finally included in the statistics,with 30 cases in each group.Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in gender,age,course of disease,etiology,single scores of TCM syndrome,liver function,coagulation function and ascites related indexes between the two groups(P<0.05).2.TCM syndrome score:(1)TCM single syndrome score: the scores of the two groups were lower after treatment than before treatment,and there was a difference in efficacy before and after treatment(P<0.05);The treatment group was better than the control group in improving fatigue and fatigue,abdominal distension after eating,distension and pain in both hypochondrium,irritability and irritability,dry mouth and bitter mouth,belching discomfort(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of poor tolerance and irregular dry stool(P>0.05).(2)Total score of TCM syndrome: After 4 weeks of treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).3.TCM syndrome effect: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(70%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).4.Clinical comprehensive effect: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 80%,significantly higher than 63.33% of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).5.Liver function and coagulation function index: after treatment,liver function(ALT,AST,TBIL,ALB)and coagulation function(PT,PTA)of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);The treatment group was better than the control group in improving liver function and PT(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in improving PTA between the two groups(P>0.05).6.Abdominal ultrasound related indicators: after treatment,ascites depth in both groups was significantly improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing ascites depth(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups in improving portal vein diameter(P >0.05).7.Relevant indexes of ascites:after treatment,the abdominal circumference,body weight and 24-hour urine volume of the two groups were improved(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).8.Quality of life score: after 4 weeks of treatment,the quality of life scores of both groups were improved,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).9.Safety comparison: there was no abnormal change in the two groups of patients during the treatment.Conclusion:1.Xiaoyao lishui Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of ascites patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency cirrhosis.2.Xiaoyao lishui Decoction can promote liver function recovery and ascites subside in patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency cirrhosis.3.Xiaoyao Lishui Decoction can improve the quality of life of ascites patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency cirrhosis.
