Objective:1.Data mining is used to explore the core drugs,medication rules and potential new prescriptions after intrauterine adhesion surgery,in order to provides relevant theoretical support for the clinical prevention of recurrence after intrauterine adhesion surgery.2.The network pharmacology analysis of core drugs is carried out to explore the mechanism of action of core drugs after intrauterine adhesion surgery,and provide new clues for the development of new drugs after intrauterine adhesions.Methods:1.Retrieve literature published on CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and CBM Database on the treatment of postoperative intrauterine adhesions with traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions since the establishment of the database.After screening and organizing,standardize the drugs contained in the prescriptions,establish a standardized database of postoperative intrauterine adhesions prescriptions,and input it into the Chinese medicine inheritance assistance platform V2.5.Analyze the core drugs,four qi,five flavors and meridian tropism,compatibility patterns and potential new prescriptions.2.Carry out network pharmacological analysis on the core drugs.Get the effective ingredients and targets of the core drugs through the TCMSP database,standardize the target information through the UniProt database,obtain disease targets of intrauterine adhesions through GeneCards and OMIM databases,obtain drug-disease intersection targets with the help of venn,use Cytoscape 3.9.1 to construct the TCM/composition-target network,input the intersecting target proteins into the STRING website to acquire the protein interaction file,and construct the PPI network through Cytoscape 3.9.1,take the use of Metascape database to enrich the GO biological process and KEGG metabolic pathway to speculate the mechanism of action of core drugs on uterine adhesions.Results:1.In this study,it sums up to 172 papers and 133 prescriptions were found out,including 155 Chinese medicines.Among them,the top 10 Chinese medicines are Angelica sinensis,Cuscuta chinensis,Rehmannia glutinosa,Chuanxiong,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Paeonia lactiflora,Carthamus tinctorious,Prunus persica,Cyperi rhizome and Lycii fructus.Drug efficacy mainly involves tonic drugs,blood-activating and stasis-removing drugs and heat-clearing drugs.As to the four qi,warm medicines are used most,followed by flat and cold medicines.As for the five tastes,sweet herbs are used most,followed by bitter and pungent.The main meridians are the Liver Meridian,after that is the Kidney Meridian,and then the Spleen Meridian.According to high-frequency drug association rule analysis,the core drugs are Angelica sinensis,Cuscuta chinensis,Rehmannia glutinosa and Chuanxiong.Based on entropy clustering analysis of complex systems,four potential prescriptions were identified,namely,prepared Rehmannia glutinosa_Angelica sinensis_Dandelion_Coix seed_Turtle shell,big blood vine Yam Lu Lu Tong_Cornus officinalis_Eucommia ulmoides,Zihe Che_Danshen_Chuan Niu Xi_Atractylodes macrocephala and red peony root_Chuan Niu Xi_Safflower_Atractylodes macrocephala..2.Network pharmacological research shows that the active components of core drugs are quercetin β-Sitosterol,stigmasterol,kaempferol,isorhamnetin.TP53,AKT1,MAPK1,RELA and TNF are the base targets of the core.The GO function enrichment analysis of the study showed that the core formula had molecular functions such as protein domain-specific binding,kinase regulatory activity,cytokine receptor binding,phosphatase binding,etc;KEGG pathway analysis showed that cancer pathway,PI3K/AKT signal pathway,vascular endothelial growth factor signal pathway,Wnt pathway and TGF-β Signal pathway such as pathway is the main pathway for the core prescription to play its role.Conclusions:1.Data mining found that the drugs used after TCRA are mainly drugs for tonifying deficiency and activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,that are mainly attributed to the kidney meridians.The preliminary analysis showed that the pathogenesis of intrauterine adhesions is caused by the deficiency of vital energy,the deficiency of liver and kidney,and the blood stasis as the target of the syndrome of deficiency and excess,and the treatment should focus on tonifying deficiency and activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The study of the prescription found that Angelica sinensis,Cuscuta chinensis,Rehmannia glutinosa and Chuanxiong were the core drugs for the treatment of intrauterine adhesion,and a new prescription for the postoperative treatment of intrauterine adhesion was obtained,which could lay a foundation for the development of new clinical drugs after clinical verification and improvement in the future.2.The network pharmacology research found that the effective components of core drugs may act on TP53,AKT1,MAPK1,RELA,TNF and other targets,through PI3K/AKT signal pathway,vascular endothelial growth factor signal pathway,Wnt pathway and TGF-βTo regulate the process of fibrosis,reduce inflammatory reaction,regulate immune response,reduce oxidative stress,repair endometrium,improve endometrial fibrosis to cooperate with surgery to treat uterine cavity adhesion and reduce postoperative recurrence rate.
