Analysis Of Medication Rule Of Professor Qu Xiufen In The Treatment Of Postmenstrual Period Caused By Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective:The prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome in the late menstrual period were collected,the basic clinical information and prescription drugs of the included cases were analyzed,and the clinical experience and medication rules of Qu Xiufen professors in the treatment of this disease were discussed,in order to provide ideas and medication references for the treatment of this disease by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:This study selected patients who took Chinese medicine decoction in the outpatient clinic of Professor Qu Xiufen from October 2020 to December2022 for the treatment of late menstrual period caused by polycystic ovary syndrome.Enter prescription information into Office Excel 2019 to create the original database.Use Office Excel 2019,SPSS Modeler 18.0,SPSS statistics26.0for data analysis and mining.Results:1.The statistical results of the basic information of medical cases show that among the 186 patients,the top three age groups are 26-30 years old,21-25 years old,and 31-35 years old.2.The statistical results of the four diagnosis information show that the top ten symptoms are,in order,wrong menstruation,sore waist and knees,acne,obesity,thick hair,fatigue,heavy banding,decreased menstrual flow,blood clots,and dysmenorrhea;The top four tongue elephants are: light fat tongue,dark red tongue,tooth mark tongue,red tongue,moss white greasy,moss thin white,moss thick greasy,moss white;The top four veins are: Shen Pulse,Slip Pulse,Fine Pulse,and String Pulse.3.The statistical results of traditional Chinese medicine evidence type showed that spleen deficiency and phlegm and wet evidence were the most common,followed by kidney deficiency and liver depression,kidney deficiency blood stasis,and sputum and stasis.4.The statistical results of drug frequency show that the top 16 Chinese medicines are: cangshu,deer antler gum,balsam,ox knee,poria,porridge,raspberry,fragrant herb,motherwort,zeeland,danshen,banxia,tongcao,epimedium,chaihu,dogwood.5.The statistical results of drug efficacy show that the top four drug efficacy is deficiency tonic medicine,blood circulation and stasis removal drug,water diwesing drug,and qi medicine.6.The statistical results of drug-based taste show that the top three medicinal properties are mild,flat and cold;The top three medicinal flavors are sweet,bitter and bitter;The top three are liver,kidney,and spleen.7.The results of the association rule show that the commonly used drug pairs are "cangshu,pork ling","ox knee,motherwort".8.The results of cluster analysis showed that the commonly used drug combinations were "pork ling,banxia,poria,gallbladder south star,cangshu,green peel,ox knee,yam,yuanzhi","goji berry,codonopsis,neem seed,dogwood","epimedium,dodder seed","peony peel,chuanxiong,danshen","motherwort,zeeland,poria".Conclusion:1.The core drugs of Professor Qu Xiufen for the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome in the late menstrual period are cangshu,deer antler gum,balsam,oxknee,poria,porridge,porridge,raspberry,fragrant herb,motherwort,zeeland,danshen,banxia,tongcao,epimedium,chaihu,dogwood.The main medicinal properties are warm,flat and cold;The main medicinal taste is sweet,bitter and spicy;It is mainly attributed to the liver,kidney,and spleen.2.Supervisor Professor Qu Xiufen treats the late menstrual period caused by polycystic ovary syndrome,and commonly uses "pork ling,banxia,poria,gallbladder south star,cangshu,green skin,ox knee,yam,yuanzhi" to add and subtract to treat spleen deficiency and phlegm and wet evidence of this disease;"Goji berry,codonopsis,Sichuan neem,dogwood" plus and minus treatment of kidney deficiency and liver depression of this disease;"Epimedium,dodder seed,raspberry,ox knee,motherwort,danshen" plus and minus treatment of kidney deficiency blood stasis of this disease;"Cangshu,pork ling,ox knee,motherwort" plus and minus treatment of phlegm wet blood stasis of this disease.3.Supervisor Professor Qu Xiufen believes that "kidney deficiency,spleen deficiency,liver blood loss" is the root of the onset in the late menstrual stage caused by polycystic ovary syndrome(of which kidney deficiency is the mainstay),and "phlegm wetness and blood stasis" are the targets of the disease.There are three main treatments:(1)Filling in the essence and cultivating soil and glory wood;(2)Remove phlegm,Tongsheng Chongren;(3)Flirting smoothly and adjusting the body to cure the future.
