Clinical Efficacy Of Combining Bladder Function Training With Tiaoshen Tongbi Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Urinary Retention After Stroke

Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy of Tiaoshen Tongbi acupuncture combined with bladder function training in the treatment of urinary retention after stroke(URAS)through randomized controlled clinical study,to explore a safer and more effective treatment method for clinical treatment of URAS,and to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:72 patients with urinary retention after stroke were divided into experimental group(Tiaoshen Tongbi acupuncture combined with bladder function training group)and control group(conventional acupuncture combined with bladder function training group),36 cases in each group.During the treatment,2 cases in the experimental group and 3 cases in the control group were lost.Both groups were given basic drug treatment as appropriate.Both groups were given bladder function training.On this basis,the control group was selected according to the traditional acupuncture method.The experimental group selected acupoints:Sishencong,Shenshu,Sanjiaoshu,Pangguangshu,Huiyang,Ciliao,Zhongliao according to the acupuncture method of regulating mind.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks,that is,after 4 courses of treatment.Before the first treatment and after the last treatment,the residual urine volume,maximum bladder volume and bladder function score of the two groups were recorded and statistically analyzed,and the clinical efficacy of Tiaoshen Tongbi acupuncture combined with bladder function training in the treatment of URAS was analyzed.Results:1.Before treatment,the age,gender,stroke type,course of disease,residual urine volume,maximum bladder volume,and bladder function score of the two groups were statistically analyzed,P>0.05,and there was no statistical significance.2.After treatment,both groups had curative effect,and the experimental group had higher total clinical effective rate than the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Residual urine volume and maximum bladder volume:After treatment,the residual urine volume of the two groups decreased and the maximum bladder volume increased,with significant statistical difference(P<0.001).The improvement of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,with significant statistical difference(P<0.001).4.Bladder function score:After treatment,the bladder function scores of the two groups were lower than before,with significant statistical difference(P<0.01);the improvement of the experimental group was significantly greater than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Tiaoshentong closed acupuncture combined with bladder function training group and conventional acupuncture combined with bladder function training group can improve bladder residual urine volume,maximum bladder volume and bladder function score in patients with urinary retention after stroke.2.The Tiaoshen Tongbi acupuncture combined with bladder function training group to reduce bladder residual urine volume,increase the maximum bladder volume,improve bladder function score than conventional acupuncture combined with bladder function training group better.
