Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and medicine combined behavior therapy on treating obsessive-compulsive disorder from heart,gallbladder and kidney,and to find more effective multi-channel combined means for the clinical treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder.Methods: A total of 64 outpatients in the acupuncture department of our hospital were selected after informed consent,and were divided into control group and treatment group,with 32 patients in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture combined with cognitive behavioral therapy and ordinary acupuncture.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture and drug combined with cognitive behavioral therapy from the heart,gallbladder and kidney.During the treatment period,maintain contact with the patient to ensure the effective treatment activities of the patient.The patients were treated for 8 weeks.Y-BOCS and PI scores were evaluated before treatment,4weeks and 8 weeks after treatment.Statistical software SPSS27.0 was used to analyze the collected data.Results:1.The total effective rate was 60.00% in the control group and 74.19% in the treatment group after 8 weeks of treatment.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.the scores in the control group and the treatment group were comparable with the pre-treatment group after 4 weeks and 8 weeks treatment(P<0.05).3.After 4 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference in Y-BOCS scores between groups.After 8 weeks,Y-BOCS scores between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the total PI score and each sub-score at 4 weeks.At 8weeks,there were no significant differences between groups except for dressing/grooming and examination,and the total PI score,pollution/washing,compulsive thinking and compulsive impulse were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.For moderate and severe obsessive-compulsive disorder with heart-gallbladder qi deficiency,acupuncture and drug combined cognitive behavioral therapy based on heart-gallbladder and kidney is better than acupuncture and drug combined cognitive behavioral therapy ordinary acupuncture group.2.Acupuncture and drug combined cognitive behavioral therapy Both general acupuncture and drug combined cognitive behavioral therapy treating patients with heart-gallbladder and kidney deficiency can improve Y-BOCS score and PI score,In addition,acupuncture combined with cognitive behavioral therapy is superior to acupuncture combined with cognitive behavioral therapy in treating the reduction of points from heart,gallbladder and kidney.
