The Clinical Study Of Sishen Decoction Combined With Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction In The Treatment Of Rheumatoid Arthritis’s Syndrome With Combination Of Cold-Heat Complex

Objective:Through clinical study,this topic further explores and summarizes the clinical efficacy of Si Shen Decoction combined with Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction in the treatment of cold-heat complex rheumatoid arthritis.To evaluate its effectiveness and provide scientific and effective data support for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:By using a RAndomized controlled grouping study method,72 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of cold-heat mismatch type RA were divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 36 cases in each group.Among them,the control group was given o RAl methotrexate tablets and folic acid tablets.In the treatment group,we added Si Shen Decoction combined with Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction,and incr eased or decreased according to the patient’s condition.Both groups of patients were treated for 12 weeks.We observed the main symptoms an d signs changes,TCM evidence points,clinical efficacy indexes(VAS,DAS28,SDAI,CDAI scale),labo RAtory indexes(ESR,CRP,RF).The collected data were processed by applying the statistical software SPSS26.0,and the results were statistically analyzedResults:1.After treatment,the clinical indexes(ESR,CRP,RF),joint function,and disease activity(VAS score,DAS 28 score,SDAI score,CDAI score)of both groups were significantly improved,and labo RAtory values were better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).2.In terms of TCM syndrome scores,the primary and secondary symptoms in both groups were significantly reduced after treatment.The treatment group showed better improvement than the control group in nine individual symptoms: joint pain,morning stiffness,joint chills,bad wind and cold,fever,flexion and extension discomfort,joint fever,joint pressure pain,and lumbar and knee weakness,with statistically significant differences(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the improvement of symptoms in the treatment group compared with the control group in four single aspects:joint swelling,thirst,sweating,and cold and uncomfortable limbs,and the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).3.After treatment,the total effective RAte was 88.6% in the treatment group and 77.1% in the control group,and the treatment group was better than the control group,and the data differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.By statistically analyzing the labo RAtory indexes(RF,CRP,ESR)of the selected patients before and after treatment,this subject proved that Si Shen Decoction combined with Gui Zhi Shao Yao Zhi Mu Tang plus reduction can effectively control the disease activity and control the inflammatory response in patients with cold-heat misfiring rheumatoid arthritis.2.By statistically analyzing the joint function classification,DAS28 score,SDAI score,CDAI score and VAS score of the selected patients before and after treatment,we proved that Si Shen Decoction combined with Gui Shi Shao Zhi Zhi Mu Tang plus reduction can effectively reduce the joint symptoms of cold-heat mismatched rheumatoid arthritis.3.Through the observation of the clinicaltrial study,we found that Si Shen Decoction combined with Gui Shao Zhi Zhi Mu Tang plus reduction can alleviate the TCM symptoms and improve the TCM evidence score in patients with cold-heat mismatched rheumatoid arthritis.
