Clinical Observation Of Bushen Xiezhuo Decoction Combined With Acupoint Injection On Chronic Renal Failure Of Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Xiezhuo Decoction combined with acupoint injection therapy in the treatment of patients with chronic renal failure due to spleen and kidney yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,explore the advantages of Bushen Xiezhuo Decoctiona combined with acupoint injection therapy in delaying the progress of the disease and alleviating the symptoms of patients.Methods:From December 2021 to December 2022,66 outpatients and in-patients with chronic renal failure(CKD3-4)diagnosed by the Department of Nephrology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected,and their syndrome differentiation was based on spleen and kidney yang deficiency combined with blood stasis.Divided into a treatment group of 33 cases and a control group of33 cases using a random number table method.A total of 2 courses of treatment,with 2 weeks as a course of treatment.Both groups were treated with basic western medicine(water and electrolyte disorders,acid-base imbalance,anemia,hypertension,diabetes,etc.were corrected and managed).The treatment group was treated with Bushen Xiezhuo Decoction combined with Danshen Injection by acupoint injection,and 0.5 ml of each acupoint was injected daily at bilateral Zusanli,bilateral Sanyinjiao,and bilateral Chengshan.The control group was treated with Bushen Xiezhuo Decoction combined with acupuncture,with the same acupoints as the treatment group,and each acupoint was acupuncture for 30 minutes per day.Observe and analyze the changes of various indicators before and after treatment in the two groups of patients,including renal function indicators(blood Scr,blood BUN,e GFR),24-hour Upro,Hb,UA,changes in total scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,and safety indicators,to explore the effectiveness of Bushen Jiezhuo Decoction combined with acupoint injection in the treatment of chronic renal failure(CKD3-4)with spleen and kidney yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Result:1.The total effective rate of Bushen Xiezhuo Decoction combined with acupoint injection treatment was 90.90%,while the total effective rate of Bushen Xiezhuo Decoction combined with acupuncture treatment was 78.79%.The treatment group had better efficacy,compared to the control group(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the symptoms of the two groups of patients were improved,and the TCM syndrome scores were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).Comparatively speaking,the treatment group was better than the control group in improving TCM syndrome(P<0.05).3.The levels of SCR,Bun,EGFR,24h-Upro,UA and HB were improved after the two treatments(P<0.05).The improvement degree of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Bushen Xiezhuo Decoction combined with acupoint injection therapy has significantly improved the symptoms and signs of patients with CRF(CKD3-4 stage)with spleen and kidney yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.2.Bushen Xiezhuo Decoction combined with acupoint injection can effectively treat the syndrome of spleen and kidney yang deficiency and blood stasis of CRF(CKD3-4 stage)and control the course of the disease.
