A Study On The Current Situation And Influencing Factors Of Knowledge,Attitude And Practice On Rehabilitation Exercise Of Patients After Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting Based On Latent Category Analysis Model

Objective: To investigate and analyze the current situation and influencing factors of knowledge,attitude and practice on rehabilitation exercise of patients after coronary artery bypass grafting(coronary artery bypass graft,CABG).Methods: From January to July 2022,patients with CABG who were reexamined at 1 month after surgery in 3 general tertiary hospitals in Urumqi were selected as the research subjects.The general information questionnaire、the Questionaire of Rehabilitation Exercises(QRE)、the Tampa Scale for Kinesiophobia Heart(TSK-SV Heart)、the Multidimensional Fatigue Symptom InventoryS-hort Form(MFSI-SF-C)and the Visual Analogue Scales(VAS)were used.Results: A total of 280 patients after CABG were included,and the overall score of knowledge,attitude and practice on rehabilitation exercise was(47.51±11.43).The patients after CABG can be divided into three potential categories: the group with good knowledge-attitude-practice of rehabilitation exercise、the group with moderate knowledge and poor attitude-practice of rehabilitation exercise 、 and the group with poor knowledge-good attitude and single practice.Taking the group with good knowledge-attitude-practice of rehabilitation exercise as the reference group,the group with moderate knowledge and poor attitude-practice of rehabilitation exercise had the characteristics of low frequency of preoperative exercise,poor cardiac function,more bypass vessels,higher level of fear of exercise and higher level of fatigue.The group with poor knowledge-good attitude and single practice had the characteristics of elder,low education level,poor heart function and higher fatigue level.Conclusion: Knowledge,attitude and practice on rehabilitation exercise of CABG patients were at a medium level,which could be divided into three categories.Age,education level,preoperative exercise frequency,cardiac function,bypass number,kinesiophobia heart and fatigue degree were the factors that affected knowledge,attitude and practice on rehabilitation exercise category of patients with different CABG,suggesting that targeted nursing measures can be implemented according to different categories.
