Objective:By analyzing and comparing the relevant indicators of patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes treated by coronary artery bypass grafting, understanding their clinical characteristics and discussing their prognosis,so as to strengthen and improve the clinical treatment of patients and further improve the quality of life of patients. Methods:The medical records of 230 patients who underwent coronary artery bypass surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from 2016 to 2020 were collected and divided into diabetic group and non-diabetic group, and the clinical characteristics and prognosis of different groups were compared.Results:1.There was a statistical difference in drinking history between coronary artery bypass patients with diabetes and those without diabetes(P < 0.05).2.Preoperative fasting blood glucose,Hb A1 c and LDL-C were higher in patients with coronary artery bypass grafting and diabetes mellitus than those without diabetes, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the transplantation rate of the right coronary branch transplanted with Hb A1 c was the highest compared with other groups,63.64%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The improvement rate 1 month and 3 years after coronary artery bypass grafting in patients without diabetes mellitus was higher than that in patients with diabetes mellitus, and the mortality rate was lower than that in patients with diabetes mellitus, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).4.The improvement rate of coronary bypass patients with diabetes mellitus combined with oral medication and insulin therapy decreased 1month and 3 years after surgery. Conclusion:For diabetic patients with multi-vessel coronary artery disease, especially those whose BMI is not up to the standard, diet and drug intervention should be carried out as soon as possible, and HBA1 c should be monitored regularly to avoid the occurrence and development of the disease. In patients with coronary artery bypass grafting combined with diabetes mellitus treated with drug and insulin intervention, the postoperative recovery rate decreases with time and the prognosis is poor.
