Objective:To explore the diagnostic and predictive value of cardiac magnetic resonance T1 mapping technology combined with feature tracking technology in the quantitative analysis of myocardial fibrosis and myocardial deformation in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy without LGE.Methods:A prospective collection of 17 patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and CMR examination of LGE-negative patients and 28 healthy volunteers, all subjects underwent cardiac magnetic resonance scanning, and all images were uploaded to Cvi42 post-processing software to analyze the differences between cardiac function parameters,T1 value,ECV value,T2 value before and after overall enhancement, and the overall longitudinal strain peak, global radial strain peak, and overall circumferential strain peak. Results:Compared with the normal control group, the peak value of LVEF and overall circumferential, radial and longitudinal strain in the case group were significantly reduced, and the overall native T1 value,ECV,basal native T1 value,ECV value, intermediate T1 value, apical native T1 value, and ECV value were significantly increased. Conclusion:The overall native T1 and ECV values of HCM patients in LGE-negative patients were enormous, suggesting that patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy had different degrees of diffuse fibrosis.Longitudinal strain, radial strain, and circumferential strain decreased in LGE-negative HCM patients, suggesting that CMR-FT technology can reflect myocardial deformation and impaired systolic function earlier.
