| Objective In studies on acute deep vein thrombosis(DVT),Correlation between thrombosis in profunda femoris vein(PFV),iliac vein thrombosis(IVT)and pulmonary embolism(PE).Methods The general and clinical data of 155 patients with acute deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs from various clinical departments of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2018 to June 2022 were retrospectively analyzed, and the patients were divided into five segments according to the location of thrombus: subpatellar vein, popliteal vein, deep femoral vein, superficial femoral vein and common femoral vein, and iliac vein, and described.According to whether the thrombus involved the deep femoral vein was the standard, the patients were divided into the deep femoral vein group and the non-deep femoral vein group. The proportion of patients with thrombus involved the ipsilateral iliac vein and PE in the two groups was analyzed. Then 155 patients were divided into the iliac vein group and the femoral vein group according to whether the thrombus involved the ipilateral iliac vein.Single factor binary Logistic regression was used to analyze whether femoral deep vein thrombosis was a risk factor for iliac vein thrombosis.By the same method,155 patients were divided into pulmonary embolism group and non-pulmonary embolism group according to the presence or lack of pulmonary embolism.Binary Logistic regression was used to analyze whether deep femoral vein thrombosis was a risk factor for pulmonary embolism.Logistic multivariate regression analysis was used to verify whether femoral deep vein thrombosis was a risk factor for ipilateral iliac vein thrombosis and PE.Results By univariate analysis,PFV thrombosis was the ipselateral iliac vein thrombosis(OR= 5.034,95%CI=1.229~20.626,P=0.015)and the risk factor for PE(OR=3.320,95%CI= 1.685-6.543,P=0.001).The risk factors for PE during the formation of PFV supposers were verified by multivariate analysis(OR=3.780,95%CI= 1.723-8.290,P=0.001).Meanwhile,multivariate analysis also showed that iliac vein thrombosis(OR=0.442,95%CI= 0.198-0.986,P=0.046),lower leg vein thrombosis(OR=2.363,95%CI= 1.069-5.227,P=0.034),Popliteal vein thrombosis(OR=2.542,95%CI= 1.155-5.592,P=0.020)is a risk factor for pulmonary embolism in patients with acute DVT.Conclusion In patients with acute lower limb DVT,PFV thrombosis is closely related to involvement of ipsilateral iliac vein and occurrence of PE.Pulmonary embolism is closely associated with deep femoral vein thrombosis, calf vein thrombosis, popliteal vein thrombosis and iliac vein thrombosis in acute DVT patients. |
