| Objective: To study the effect of AI temperature control radio frequency technology in the treatment of vaginal laxity in women.METHODS: The 48 patients with vaginal laxity who were treated in the gynecology clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from December 2020 to June 2022 were treated using AI temperature-controlled radio frequency technology.Before and after treatment,the sexual satisfaction questionnaire and vaginal laxity questionnaire were used to understand the subjective feelings of patients and measure the vaginal caliber by hand to evaluate the treatment effect.Results: All 48 patients had vaginal delivery,and the data were collated and analyzed to draw the following conclusions.There were significant differences in parity,age and menopause(P<0.05).Taking age status,BMI,menopausal age and parity as independent variables,and whether the patient had VL as the dependent variable,after statistical analysis of the data,it was found that the difference in age status and paramount of labor was statistically significant(P <0.05),indicating that the number of births and age status were the influencing factors affecting the occurrence of VL.After radiofrequency treatment,the number of people who felt that the degree of vaginal tightness increased by43.75% compared with before treatment.,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After radio frequency treatment,the number of people with normal sexual life increased by 54.2% compared with before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After radio frequency therapy,the number of hand tests of more than2 fingers increased by 17.1%(P<0.05)compared with before treatment.The difference was statistically significant.In the course of treatment,4 cases of vaginal discharge increased,2 cases of vaginal soreness,6 cases of discomfort in both lower limbs and lumbosacral region,and 1 case of lower abdominal distention and other discomforts,and the above adverse reactions were improved without treatment after follow-up.Conclusion:The AI temperature control radio frequency technology has good clinical effect in the treatment of female VL,and it is convenient to operate,non-invasive,and can be carried out in outpatient clinics,which has good promotion value. |
