| Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of different surgical treatments in patients with anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)with lateral posterior meniscal root injury(LMPRT).Methods:A total of 48 patients with ACL injury with LMPRT were retrospectively analyzed, including 40 males and 8 females.Age 17-54 years(average29.5 ± 9.7 years).Divided into group M: 3 cases of root freshening treatment after meniscus(La Prade1 type);Group P: 27 cases of pull-out suturing through tibial tunnel(18cases of type 2,6 cases of type 4,3 cases of type 5);Group S: 18 cases of side-to-side suturing(17 cases of type 2,1 case of type 4).Lysholm,IKDC scores,Tegner activity scales, joint line tenderness examinations,Mc Murray tests, shaft shift test and MRI were used to evaluate functional outcomes and meniscal healing results. Results:After the operation,48 patients were all healed in the first stage, and the follow-up was 12-43months(average 24.9±9.9 months).Lysholm,Tegner,IKDC score and meniscus extrusion in Group M,Group P,S scored and meniscus extrusion before surgery [49.33±19.140 points,2(1-2)points,54.79 ±6.331 points and 2.03 ±0.645 mm],[55.04±11.410 points,2(1-2)points,57.47(55.17-60.34)points and 1.88 ±0.502 mm] and [51.83±13.704 points,2(1-2)points,57.47(52.87-59.77)points and 2.04 ±0.491mm];Postoperative(89(88.5-89)points,5(5-5.5)points,90.80 ±1.149 points and 0.69(0.68-1.22)mm],[90(88-92)points,5(4.5-5)points,88.51(88.51-91.95)points and 0.98(0.89-1.19)mm] and [89.5(88-93)points,5(5-5)points,86.02± 6.705 points and 1.15 ± 0.342mm] 。 There was a statistically significant difference between the M group before and after treatment in the IKDC score and the degree of meniscus squeeze,(P <0.05).There were statistical differences between the indicators before and after treatment in groups P and S(P <0.05).At the last follow-up of the three groups, there was no statistical difference between the index groups(P >0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of ACL reconstruction with LMPRT significantly improved the patient’s knee function, alleviated meniscal squeezing, and the healing rate at the last follow-up was satisfactory, and there was no difference in the efficacy of the three surgical methods. |
