Objective:To analyze the resting-state functional connectivity of the whole brain in Parkinson’s patients and its auxiliary diagnostic value, based on resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging(rs-fMRI).Methods:The clinical and rs-fMRI data of 42 PD patients and 42 controls admitted to our hospital from 2021 12 to 2023 02 were retrospectively collected.Based on Matlab 2021B and DPARSFA software, the images and data of rs-fMRI were preprocessed and FCD values were calculated. The difference of whole brain FCD value between the two groups was compared, and abnormal brain regions were extracted. The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to analyze the efficacy of brain regions with different FCD values in assisting the diagnosis of PD,and the area under the curve(AUC)was calculated.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results:Compared with the control group, the areas with significantly decreased FCD values were mainly the right insula and the right lentiform nucleus, and the brain areas with significantly increased FCD values were mainly distributed in the left inferior temporal gyrus and left parahippocampal gyrus in PD patients. The FCD value of the left inferior temporal gyrus had the best diagnostic performance, with the highest area under the ROC curve of 0.8305 and Youden index of 0.595.Conclusion:The FCD differential brain regions in PD patients were mainly distributed in the left inferior temporal gyrus, left parahippocampal gyrus, right insula and right lentiform nucleus. At the same time, the FCD values of different brain regions have certain auxiliary diagnostic value for PD,and the FCD value of the left inferior temporal gyrus has the highest diagnostic efficiency. |
