Objective: To explore the correlation between blood routine changes and mild cognitive dysfunction in Parkinson’s patients. To further explore the predictive value of the changes in blood routine for cognitive dysfunction in PD patients, and whether the changes in Parkinson’s patients can be a new observation indicator to explore the inflammatory immune mechanism of Parkinson. Methods: Selected retrospective collection and analysis of 73 Parkinson patients hospitalized in the Department of Neurology of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2020 to October 2022,all evaluated Mo CA score scale,MMSE score scale,Hamilton Anxiety and Depression Scale, grouped patients based on the above indicators and divided into experimental group 34 mild cognitive impairment(PD-MCI);the control group had 39 Parkinson cognitive normal(PD-NC)group.General data were collected and the number of routine neutrophil(NEUT),lymphatic fine(LYMPHN),neutrophil percentage(NEUTP),lymphocyte percentage(LYMPHNP),and neutrophil and lymphocyte ratio(NLR)were collected.Comparison between the changes between PD-MCI and PD-NC groups analyzed the correlation between blood routine lymphocyte count, neutrophil and lymphocyte ratio and mild cognitive impairment. Results: The results of Logistic regression analysis associated the lymphocyte count and NLR with the occurrence of PD-MCI,Probably are the influencing factors for PD-MCI,Statistically significant difference(lymphocyte count:OR=0.090,95%,CI 0.008~0.975,P<0.048;NLR: OR=3.613,95%,CI 1.162~11.233,P<0.026);ROC by lymphocyte count and PD-MCI,The area under the curve AUC was0.716,SE=0.065,95%,CI 0.588~0.844,P<0.001,The optimal cutoff value was 1.440,The sensitivity is 59.0%,The specificity was 98.9%;ROC plotted with NLR and PD-MCI,The area under the curve AUC was 0.693,SE=0.061,95%,CI 0.574~0.813,P<0.001,The optimal cut-off value was 2.710,The sensitivity was 32.4%,The specificity ratio was97.4%.Conclusion: Both lymphocyte count and NLR are risk factors for PD-MCI,so analyzing lymphocyte count and NLR may identify PD-MCI.
