Objective:To evaluate the effect of intervention measures to prevent mother-to-child transmission of hepatitis B in Urumqi Maternal and Child Health Hospital. To analyze the factors affecting the prevention of mother-to-child transmission of hepatitis B.Methods:All HBsAg positive pregnant women who gave birth in Urumqi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 1,2020 to December 31,2021 and their infants were selected as research objects.Relevant information was obtained through follow-up visits and laboratory tests, and the infants were grouped according to whether HBsAb was responsive or not.Results:1.A total of 325 pairs of HBsAg positive pregnant women and their infants were included in this study, none of which had hepatitis B mother-to-child transmission.14 cases(3.2%)of infants born to hepatitis B infected pregnant women had no immune response, including 9 cases(4.92%)of infants in 2020 and 5 cases(3.36%)of infants in 2021.2.The expression of HBeAg and HBV DNA in pregnant women infected with hepatitis B was significantly different from that in their infants(χ2=5.031,P=0.037;χ2=15.859,P<0.05);Hepatitis b infection in maternal infant blood delivery time and the infant HBsAb expression given by statistically difference(χ2=14.896,P<0.05).3.Logistic regression analysis showed that blood collection time>12 months of age(OR=11.353,95%CI:2.695-47.823)was an influential factor in the evaluation of the effect of preventing mother-to-child transmission of hepatitis B.Positive HBeAg(OR=4.377,95%CI:1.066-17.968)and HBV DNA 2×103~2 ×105 IU/ml(OR=6.372,95%CI:1.534~26.467)are risk factors for preventing mother-to-child transmission of hepatitis B.Conclusion:The effect of intervention measures to prevent mother-to-child transmission of hepatitis B in Urumqi Maternal and Child Health Hospital was good, and there was no mother-to-child transmission of hepatitis B,but 14 cases(3.2%)of infants born with hepatitis B infection did not respond to immunization. If there was no HBsAb in infants,it would not be able to prevent hepatitis B.Therefore, targeted attention should be paid to the expression of HBsAb in infants.Strengthen immunization for infants without HBsAb response in time to avoid hepatitis B infection.
