Analysis Of Differences In The Incidence Of Side Effects Of GnRH-a In Endometriosis Patients With Different Syndrome Elements

Objective:Through retrospective analysis,this study observed the occurrence of hypoestrogen-related side effects in endometriosis patients with different syndrome elements after treatment with Gn RH-a drugs.Method: Patients discharged from Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from January2020 to March 2023 who were diagnosed with endometriosis and received 3 injections of Gn RH-a were collected.The general information collection table,TCM symptom and sign collection table and modified Kupperman score table were filled in.The TCM syndroms were weighted and summed according to the suggested syndrome elements.The occurrence of hypoestrogen-related side effects in endometriosis patients with empirical and virtual syndrome after treatment with Gn RH-a drugs was analyzed statistically.Results: 1.There were 36 cases in the positive group and 61 cases in the deficiency syndrome group.There were no statistical differences in age,BMI,abortion history,surgical treatment,oral administration of ointment,CA125 and course of disease between the two groups.2.5 cases had mild side effects related to low estrogen after the first dose of Gn RH-a;After the second injection,41 cases were mild and 1 case was moderate.After the third injection,44 cases were mild and 4 cases were moderate.3.The incidence and scores of low estrogen-related side effects in the deficiency syndrome group after the second and third injections were higher than those in the empirical group(P <0.05).4.The occurrence of adverse symptoms related to low estrogen after the second and third injections was summarized,and it was found that hot flashes,sweating,insomnia,fatigue,vertigo,irritability and irritability occurred more frequently.After the second injection,the frequency of hot flusher sweating,irritability,vertigo,insomnia and fatigue was higher in the empirical group,while the frequency of hot flusher sweating,insomnia,fatigue,vertigo,palpitation and dyspareunia was higher in the deficiency syndrome group.After the third injection,the frequency of hot flusher sweating,irritability,vertigo,insomnia,fatigue,bone joint muscle pain was higher in the empirical group,while the frequency of hot flusher sweating,fatigue,insomnia,vertigo,palpitation,dyspareunia was higher in the deficiency syndrome group.5.The incidence of hot flashes,sweating,insomnia,depression and paranoia,dyspareunia,fatigue and palpitation in the deficiency syndrome group after the second and third injection was higher than that in the empirical group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of irritability,bone joint muscle pain,vertigo,headache and urinary symptoms between the two groups after the second and third injections.There was no significant difference between the deficiency syndrome group and the empirical group in the incidence of skin paresthesia after the second injection,but the incidence of skin paresthesia after the third injection was greater than that of the empirical group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Compared with empirical patients,patients with deficiency syndrome of endometriosis have a higher probability and severity of adverse reactions related to low estrogens after the second and third Gn RH-a injections.To provide reference for Gn RH-a patients from the perspective of syndrome differentiation.2.The symptoms of hypoestrogen-related side effects in patients with empirical and deficiency syndrome after the second and third injections were mainly concentrated in hot flashes,sweating,insomnia,fatigue and vertigo.It is suggested that the above symptoms play an important role in evaluating the severity of patients with low estrogen-related side effects after receiving Gn RH-a treatment and the effect of drug therapy.3.The incidence of symptoms such as hot flusher,sweating,insomnia,depression and paranoia,dyspareunia,fatigue and palpitation in patients with deficiency syndrome endometriosis after the second and third injection was greater than that in the empirical group,suggesting that more attention should be paid to the above symptoms and targeted differentiation of drugs in the prevention and treatment of Gn RH-1 hypoestrogen-related side effects in traditional Chinese medicine.
