Objective:To investigate the high risk factors of recurrence after hysteroscopic endometrial polyp resection in premenopmausal women and its correlation with TCM syndroes. Methods:Selecting patients who underwent hysteroscopic surgery during December 2018 to June 2022,in the gynecological apatment of the Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Xinjiang Medical University and whose final pathological results were endometrial polyps.Analyzing the clinical data of these patients and the factors that can affect the recurrence of premenopausal women after endometrial polyp resection were obtained. The selection of postoperative plan was analyzed to explore the influence of different treatments on the postoperative recurrence of endometrial polyps. The results of gynecological color ultrasound or hysteroscopy were followed up within 1 year after surgery, and the distribution of TCM syndrome types in the group without recurrence was summarized. Results:A total of 232 patients were included in this study,of which 18 were lost to follow-up,214 met the requirements,and53 relapsed, with a recurrence rate of 24.76%.Univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in BMI and postoperative treatment plan between patients with and without recurrence(P<0.05).Logistic analysis of the above factors infered that body mass index(BMI)was a risk factor for EP recurrence(P<0.05).By summarizing the distribution of TCM syndromes,it was found that Qi-stagnation and blood-stasis were widely distributed..Conclusion:Preoperative BMI(≥28kg/m~2)is an independent risk factor for postoperative EP recurrence in premenopausal women after TCRP.It is recommended that patients control their weight and actively lose weight is an effective measure to prevent EP recurrence.
