| Hospitals are the last line of defence in guarding lives, not only in the way they treat patients and save lives, but also in the way they stabilize society.Especially with the ravages of the new crown epidemic, hospital safety is being paid more and more attention to and has become a hot topic.Only by ensuring the safety of the lives of healthcare workers in hospitals can the social function of hospitals to treat patients and save lives be better realized. Therefore,in order to improve the overall safety level of hospitals,an effective risk control and hidden danger management system must be established in order to reduce or eliminate hospital safety incidents. In order to scientifically assess the risk level of hospitals and identify hidden dangers in hospitals, this paper systematically and comprehensively considers four aspects, namely human factors, material factors, environmental factors and management factors, based on the analysis of hospital risk influencing factors, and finally establishes 16 evaluation indicators that have a representative impact on the risk level of hospitals, such as occupational and technical level, reliability of equipment, operating environment and safety education and training. The hierarchical analysis method is used to determine the weight of different indicators on the risk level. At the same time,in order to avoid subjective factors affecting the weights too much and purely theoretical formulas over-correcting the model, the final indicator weights are determined using the method of weight voting by experts and hospital managers after field visits. The visualization characteristics of the cloud model are used to deal with the conversion relationship between qualitative concepts and quantitative expressions, eliminate randomness and ambiguity in the evaluation process, establish a hospital risk level evaluation model, and apply the model to evaluate the risk level of G Hospital’s facilities and equipment and operational activities in conjunction with the actual situation of G Hospital. The model is then used to evaluate the risk level of G Hospital’s facilities and equipment.A register of risk points in operational processes and facilities and equipment is set up,risk control measures are proposed in five areas: engineering technology, management measures, training and education, individual protection and emergency response, and a plan for the investigation and management of hidden hazards is formulated and implemented to build a regular risk control and hidden hazard management system. It is expected that the model will provide a reference for risk assessment in hospitals and ensure the safe and smooth operation of hospital medical activities and the safety of patients’ lives. |
