Objective:To investigate the correlation between acute urticaria and D-Dimer,WBC,NE%,LY%,NE#,LY#,CRP,ASO,ESR,Ig G,Ig A,and Ig M,and to discuss the correlation between D-Dimer level and clinical factors and some blood biochemical indexes in patients with acute urticaria,so as to provide some theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods:From January 2020 to December 2021,a total of 39 patients with acute urticaria admitted to the Department of Dermatology,Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University were enrolled as patients in the observation group.A total of 32 patients without underlying diseases who were performed with nevectomy admitted at the same time were randomly selected as healthy control patients.A total of 22 patients with herpes zoster, herpes simplex, rose pityriasis, eczema, atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, and fixed drug eruption admitted as non-urticaria control patients.Retrospective analysis was used for some clinical data including examination results of D-Dimer,WBC,NE%,LY%,NE#,LY#,CRP,ASO,ESR,Ig G,Ig A,Ig M to establish a database, using SPSS22.0 software for statistical analysis. Results: Among the 39 patients in the observation group, the 32 patients in the healthy control group, and the 22 patients in the non-urticaria control group, there was no significant difference in age and sex between the three group(p> 0.05).The patients in the observation group were divided into two groups: high D-Dimer group(n= 32)and normal D-Dimer group(n= 7).There was no significant difference in hospital stay, inducement and concomitant symptoms(p> 0.05)between the two groups. There was a significant difference in the use of glucocorticoids before hospitalization(p= 0.048 <0.05).The proportion of patients with high D-Dimer level who used glucocorticoids before hospitalization(31.25%),which was significantly lower than that of patients with normal D-Dimer level(71.43%).Among the 39 patients in the observation group, there was a significant positive correlation between D-Dimer and WBC,NE%,NE# and CRP(p< 0.05).There was a significant negative correlation between D-Dimer and LY%(p<0.05),and there was no correlation between D-Dimer and LY#,ASO,ESR,Ig G,Ig A and Ig M(p> 0.05).Among the 32 patients in the healthy control group, there was no correlation between D-Dimer and WBC,NE%,LY%,NE#,and LY#(p> 0.05).Among the 39 patients in the observation group and 32 patients in the healthy control group, the four blood biochemical indexes of D-Dimer,WBC,NE%,and NE# in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group(p< 0.01),while the two indexes of LY% and LY# in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the healthy control group(p< 0.01).Among the 39 patients in the observation group and 22 patients in the non-urticaria control group, the five blood biochemical indexes of D-Dimer,WBC,NE%,NE#,and CRP in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the non-urticaria control group(p< 0.01),while the two indexes of LY% and Ig G in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the non-urticaria control group(p< 0.01),there was no significant difference in LY#,Ig A,Ig M,ASO,and ESR between the two groups(p> 0.05).Among the 22 patients in the non-urticaria control group and 32 patients in the healthy control group, the blood biochemical index of D-Dimer in the non-urticaria control group were significantly higher than that in the healthy control group(p< 0.01),there was no significant difference in WBC,NE%,LY%,NE#,and LY# between the two groups(p> 0.05).Conclusion: D-Dimer and infection indexes are significantly higher in patients with acute urticaria, suggesting that abnormal blood coagulation and inflammation may be related to the pathogenesis of acute urticaria. There was a significant positive correlation between D-Dimer and WBC,NE%,NE#,and CRP,suggesting that abnormal blood coagulation in patients with acute urticaria may be related to inflammation.
