Study On Stroke Screening And Health Management Of Middle-aged And Elderly Residents In Urban And Rural Areas Of Jiaozuo City

Objective This study clarified the screening status of high risk population and patients of stroke among middle-aged and elderly residents in urban and rural areas of Jiaozuo city,and the related risk factors were analyzed to provide reference for stroke prevention and health management in jiaozuo city.Methods In this paper,cluster sampling method was used to select 7920 residents aged ≥ 40 years from Jiaobei Community,Jiaonan Zhongzhou Community,Dafeng Town and Wen County of Jiaozuo City.Questionnaire survey and physical examination were conducted.In this paper,X~2 test,Fisher test and Logistic regression test were used to analyze the detection rate,incidence of stroke and related risk factors in high-risk population,and rank sum test was used to explore the exposure of the number of risk factors.Results In this study,1422 residents with high risk of stroke were screened out in urban and rural areas of Jiaozuo city,and the high risk detection rate was 17.95%.The high risk detection rate of urban community residents was 17.69%,and that of township residents was 18.23%.In this study,226 stroke patients were screened out in jiaozuo urban and rural areas,and the prevalence of coarsening was 2.85%,the age-normalized prevalence was 2.13%.The coarsening prevalence of stroke was 2.25% in urban community residents and 3.49% in township residents.Binary logistic regression analysis showed that age,gender,atrial fibrillation or valvular heart disease,family history of stroke,hypertension and diabetes were independent risk factors for stroke among middle-aged and elderly residents in Jiaozuo city.Conclusion Stroke can be prevented and controlled.Jiaozuo residents should devote themselves to improving their lifestyle and controlling chronic diseases,so as to gradually reduce the high risk detection rate and prevalence rate of stroke.In this process,the medical staff of primary medical institutions need to continuously screen,inform,advise,encourage and supervise the residents of Jiaozuo city.There are 25 figures,38 tables and 189 references.
