| Objective: The imaging features of the pseudocapsule were observed by plain CT scan and enhanced CT examination, and the correlation with tumor size and histopathological grade was discussed. Methods: A total of 263 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma confirmed by surgery and pathology were collected from September 2018 to June 2022,including 178 males and 85 females, with an average age of 57.7 years. The imaging features of the false envelope were obtained by CT plain and enhanced scanning. To investigate the correlation between different pseudocapsule integrity and enhancement degree and histopathological grade of patients. Results: Among the 263 samples in this study,43 patients had complete pseudocapsule and 220 patients had incomplete pseudocapsule. The most obvious reinforcement phase was arterial phase in 29 cases, the most obvious reinforcement phase was venous phase in 130 cases, the most obvious reinforcement phase was equilibrium phase in 104 cases.Tumors of different sizes were small liver cancer(≤3cm),nodular liver cancer(> 3cm,≤5cm),large liver cancer(> 5cm),and different histopathological grades: grade Ⅰ(highly and highly medium-differentiated),grade Ⅱ(medium and medium-poorly differentiated),grade Ⅲ(low and undifferentiated),and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Different histopathological grades of HCC showed significant difference in the most obvious phase of pseudocapsule enhancement(P < 0.05),and the main variation came from the difference between arterial stage, venous stage and equilibrium stage(P <0.05),but there was no significant difference in histopathological grade between equilibrium stage and venous stage(P > 0.05).Conclusion: There are significant differences in the integrity of the false envelope between different tumors of different sizes in patients with liver cancer. The larger the liver tumor, the more incomplete the false envelope at the edge. The histopathological grading of the integrity of the liver cancer pseudoenvelope was significantly different among different patients. The lower the integrity of the liver cancer pseudoenvelope, the higher the histopathological grading and the lower the differentiation degree. There were significant differences in histopathological grading of the enhancement degree of liver cancer edge pseudocapsule in different patients. The histopathologic grading of patients with the degree of enhancement at arterial stage was significantly higher than that at venous stage or equilibrium stage, suggesting that patients with the most obvious degree of enhancement at arterial stage had the highest histopathologic grading and the lowest differentiation degree. |
