| Objective: To provide a reference for grasping its research trends and hot spots by discussing and sorting out the development overview of Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma;and provide advice on scientific and standardized usage of Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma by exploring the compatibility and application rules of the prescriptions containing Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma.Methods: Retrieving the related literature in CNKI and Web of Science from January 01,2011 to December 31,2022,applying the Microsoft Office Excel 2017 to count the changing trend of the number of publications in this field.The Cite Space software was used to analyze author cooperation,institutional cooperation,keyword co-occurrence clustering and emergence;at the same time,the analysis results were visualized to clarify the research status,trends and hot spots in this field.Collecting the related oral prescriptions containing Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma,and software such as Microsoft Office Excel 2017,Vosviewer 1.6.15,IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0,IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 were applied to conduct density analysis,frequency statistics,association rule analysis,factor analysis and decision tree model analysis.The Cytoscape3.7.2 software was applied to screen the core traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of disease,and conduct cluster analysis of non-core traditional Chinese medicine.Results: In terms of bibliometrics,a total of 1,123 Chinese literature and 143 English literature were incorporated,The results showed that the number of publications in this field was on the rise as a whole,and formed a relatively stable research team.The Chinese literature was represented by Chen Wen and Wang Xiangjun,while in the English literature,Dong,Tina Ting-Xia,Tsim,Karl Wah-Keung,Gao,Hao,Yao,Xin-Sheng had published the most.At the same time,the research teams had a close relationship.The analysis of institutional attributes showed that colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine were the main research force in the field of Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma;however,the cooperation among various institutions was relatively loose.The results of keyword analysis demonstrated that the centrality of keywords such as Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma,volatile oil,epilepsy,mice,data mining,medication rules,alpha asarone,Polygalae Radix,alzheimers disease was relatively strong,which were mainly related to composition analysis and compatibility application of Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma,which had been research hot spots in the past 10 years,and cluster analysis and emergence analysis manifested that its clinical application and compatibility will be the research direction in the future at the same time.In the data mining part,a total of 987 oral prescriptions were included,involving 433 traditional Chinese medicine,with a total of 10175 times of use.There were 21,247 compatibility connections among 433 traditional Chinese medicine,which included in 45 high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine(used frequency>52 times).The results of compatibility density and association rules demonstrated that Poria,Polygalae Radix,Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma,Angelicae Sinensis Radix and Ophiopogonis Radix were often combined with Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma.The traditional Chinese medicine compatible with Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma were mostly cold and warm,and the tastes mostly bitter,pungent,and sweet,and most of them entered the liver meridian,lung meridian,and stomach meridian.Efficacy category analysis showed Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma was regularly used to treat epilepsy,stroke in combination with traditional Chinese medicine such as tonic,heat-clearing,soothing,expelling,and diuretic dampness.The results of in-depth analysis of highfrequency traditional Chinese medicine combinations demonstrated that tonic drugs such as Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma were the common compatibility of the combination of "Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma-Poria,Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma-Polygalae Radix",and Poria and Polygalae Radix often appeared in the compatible prescriptions at the same time.In the treatment of epilepsy,Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma was mostly compatible with traditional Chinese medicine such as tonic,tranquilizers,heat-clearing,phlegm-reducing cough and asthma,liver-suppressing windrelieving.The analysis of the properties of traditional Chinese medicine showed that the traditional Chinese medicine compatible with Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma for the treatment of epilepsy was warm in nature,sweet in taste,and mainly entered the heart meridian,lung meridian and spleen meridian.22 core traditional Chinese medicine for epilepsy were screened finally,Poria,Polygalae Radix,Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma,Cinnabaris,Ophiopogonis Radix were frequently combined with Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma.Four groups of highly interconnected traditional Chinese medicine networks were obtained by cluster analysis of non-core traditional Chinese medicine;8 common factors was extracted by factor analysis,while Poria cocos was the best identification of traditional Chinese medicine in the decision tree algorithm as well.Conclusion: This study sorts out the development of the research field of Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma from different perspectives and discuss its research hot spots by the means of bibliometrics.The results can enable researchers to clearly understand the development in the past ten years,so as to more accurately grasp the future research direction in this field.Based on the principle of data mining,the clinical application of prescriptions containing Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma,the composition of traditional Chinese medicine,the efficacy categories,the compatibility density of traditional Chinese medicine and their associated combinations were systematically analyzed,the compatibility characteristics of Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma were summarized,and the clinical application rules of Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma were discussed,which provide the basis reference for the further research and application of it. |
