In recent years,all walks of life are concerned about the problem of job burnout,the problem directly affects the development of the organization,the stability of the staff and the organization and the staff can jointly face the change of the environment,so it has attracted much attention,and from the perspective of practice,due to the deepening of organizational pressure,the problem of job burnout in many organizations is becoming more and more prominent,if not solved,It will affect the overall development of the organization.As the most important part of hospital staff,nursing staff has low salary,heavy work responsibilities,family,promotion and other problems,which also leads to many researchers pointing out that the current situation of job burnout in this industry is particularly prominent.Based on this,this study analyzes the factors and countermeasures of job burnout of nursing staff in D Hospital,in order to find out the influencing factors of job burnout and put forward valuable countermeasures that can play a certain role in the prevention and treatment of job burnout.A total of 360 cases of on-the-job nursing staff in D Hospital were selected as research objects,and literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview,statistical analysis,theoretical analysis and other methods were adopted for the research.The questionnaires used in the questionnaire included general information survey,CMBI scale(Chinese version of MBI has22 questions)and self-made work stress scale.The final data were input into statistical tools to conduct statistical analysis such as descriptive analysis,covariance analysis and binary Logistic regression analysis,so as to identify the total score of burnout of nursing staff and influencing factors of burnout of nursing staff in D hospital.Based on this and combined with interviews,countermeasures for burnout of nursing staff in D hospital were explored.According to the analysis,descriptive statistics show that the overall burnout level,emotional exhaustion score,depersonalization score and reduced sense of achievement score of nursing staff in Hospital D belong to the medium burnout level.The survey results show that,D The job burnout of hospital nursing staff is more serious than that of college English teachers,counselors,civil servants,librarians,tour guides,frontline hotel staff and other groups [50-56].It can be seen that the job burnout situation of nursing staff is more severe.According to covariance analysis,gender and age are not significant factors affecting job burnout of nursing staff in Hospital D,indicating that there is no difference in the total score of job burnout of nursing staff of different gender and age.Teaching status,years engaged in the medical industry,professional title and formal establishment did not affect job burnout,covariance results found that nursing staff’s current health status,work pressure,educational background,monthly income,marital status,whether there is an administrative post and different departments have a significant impact on job burnout(p<0.05).These factors were input into the multiple regression analysis model,and the results showed that the binary Logistic regression results of emotional exhaustion dimension showed that their own health status,work pressure,monthly income,educational background,marital status and administrative post were independent influencing factors.That is,the poorer the health condition,the greater the work pressure,the lower the monthly income,the lower the education,the worse the marital status,the non-administrative post of the population,the more serious the emotional exhaustion dimension of burnout;Marital status,educational background,current health status and monthly income are the factors influencing the formation of job burnout on the depersonalization dimension.That is,the group with poorer health status,lower monthly income,lower educational background and worse marital status has serious burnout on the depersonalization dimension.Monthly income,administrative post or not,educational background and different departments have an impact on the dimension of depersonalization,that is,the lower the monthly income,the lower the educational background,the worse the marital status,the non-administrative post and the nursing staff in the surgical department,the more serious the burnout of the dimension of reduced sense of achievement.In order to improve the job burnout of nursing staff in Hospital D,the countermeasures are divided into improving the working conditions of nursing staff in hospital,rationally allocating nursing staff,constructing internal career planning,etc.,starting from the hospital management and staff themselves.As for nursing staff themselves,they should also constantly strengthen their self-cultivation and learn how to conduct self-counseling and self-growth.
