| Objective:This study was conducted by searching the literature related to the treatment of precancerous lesions in chronic atrophic gastritis with Chinese medicine in the past 10 years,by collating,summarizing and summarizing the prescriptions recorded in the literature,and using the method of data mining,to explore the prescription rules and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in the clinical treatment of precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis,so as to provide clinical reference and theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Methods:The subjects of this study were selected from the literature published in China Knowledge Network,Wanfang Medical Database,and Wipu database from December 2012 to December 2022,searched according to expressions,read article by article according to the year of publication,screened prescriptions for the treatment of precancerous lesions in chronic atrophic gastritis according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and established a database.The Chinese medicine names and evidence types were normalized,and frequency analysis was applied to analyze the Chinese medicine evidence types and the efficacy,flavor,and attribution of Chinese medicine,and the Apriori algorithm in IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 was applied to correlation analysis of the drugs involved,and IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0 was applied to cluster analysis of high-frequency drugs.Results:1.A total of 103 literatures were included,involving 100 prescriptions,involving a total of 13 evidence types,with the highest to lowest frequency being spleen and stomach weakness,blood stasis blocking the ligaments,spleen and stomach dampness and heat,and internal accumulation of turbid toxins,etc.The main pathological evidence elements were spleen,stomach and liver,and the pathological evidence elements were qi deficiency,stasis,heat,dampness,turbid toxins,cold,qi stagnation and phlegm;2.150 drugs were involved,with a frequency of 1144 times,with deficiency tonics being used the most,heat-clearing drugs were the second most used,blood-activating drugs were the third,followed by qi-regulating drugs,water-releasing and dampness-permeating drugs,dampness-transforming drugs,food-eliminating drugs,phlegm-eliminating drugs,coughing and asthma-suppressing drugs,and blood-stopping drugs.The top 15 drugs in descending order of frequency of use were Gancao,Baizhu,Ezhu,Baihuasheshecao,Huangqi,Dangshen,Danshen,Banxia,Banzhilian,Yiyiren,Chenpi,Fuling,Sharen,Baishao,Huanglian.Among the drugs counted,they are mainly attributed to the spleen and stomach meridians,and are mostly warm in nature and bitter,sweet and pungent in taste;3.Based on the association rule,the support was set at 20%and the enforcement confidence was 80%.There were 14 results,and the top 5 results were ranked according to the frequency as "Baizhu-Dangshen","Baizhu-Fuling","Baizhu-Dangshen-Gancao","Gancao-Baishao",and "Gancao-Fuling-Baizhu",respectively,according to the confidence degree.Before 5 respectively" Fuling-Gancao-Baizhu"," Dangshen-HuangqiBaizhu","Yiyiren-Huangqi-Ezhu","Fuling-Baizhu-Gancao","dangshen-EzhuBaizhu";4.Cluster analysis of drugs with frequencies ≥15 led to three clustering results,namely,the first category of Baizhu,Dangshen,Fuling,Chenpi,Danshen,Baishao,Gancao,Zhike,and Chaihu,the second category of Huanglian,Huangqin,Banxia,Sanqi,Pugongying,Sharen,and Yanhusuo,and the third category of Baihuasheshecao,Banzhilian,Yiyiren,Jineijin,Taizishen,Ezhu,Sanleng,and Huangqi.Conclusion:The above study shows that the precancerous lesion of chronic atrophic gastritis is based on the weakness of the spleen and stomach,with damp-heat,turbid toxicity,qi stagnation and blood stasis as the symptoms,and its pathogenesis is caused by various factors,such as feeling external evil,poor diet,liver depression and qi stagnation,resulting in the weakness of the spleen and stomach,damp-heat,and damp-heat breeding into toxicity over time,qi and blood stagnation,which will lead to stasis over time,and the treatment is to tonify the spleen and stomach,clear heat and detoxify,and invigorate blood to remove stasis;its pathological location is mainly the spleen and stomach,and is closely related to the liver;Through the generalization and analysis,we found that the core drug composition is mostly Si Jun Zi Tang and Ban Xia Xie Xin Tang with addition and reduction,but there are some innovations in the drug composition,and the data mining can,to a certain extent,better understand the characteristics of the disease and the rules of the formula,which is of great significance to further explore the application of prescription drugs. |
