ObjectiveThis study uses a variety of data mining technologies to explore postpartum constipation of traditional Chinese medicine ancient medications rules,and provide a certain theoretical reference for clinical treatment of the disease and scientific research experiments.MethodTaking the 5th edition of "Chinese Medical Classics" as the source of data,collecting prescriptions and medical cases related to postpartum constipation in ancient Chinese medicine,data mining methods such as frequency statistics,cluster analysis,and associated rules,and using SPSS Statistics 26.0 statistical software and statistical software and SPSS Modler 18.0 data mining software analyzes it,sorting and summarizing the analysis of the flavor and meridian tropism and efficacy of commonly used drugs,summarize ancient doctors’ awareness of postpartum constipation diseases,treatment method and prescription compatibility laws,and combined with clinical typical medical case analysis.Results1.Collection of prescriptions and medical records: This study collects a total of 325 prescriptions related to postpartum constipation,including 280 prescriptions and 45 medical prescriptions.2.Statistical analysis of the frequency of drugs: 325 prescriptions involve 233 drugs,of which the most frequently used frequency of reinforcing drugs,followed by purgating drugs,qi regulating medicine,blood activating drugs,and heat-clearing drugs.A total of 50high-frequency drugs with frequency more than or equal to 10 times,accounting for78.62%of the total frequency of all drugs.3.Analysis of drug properties: For medicinal analysis of high-frequency drugs,the warm drugs are the most,accounting for 42%,followed by cold and flat drugs,accounting for 34%and 20%;Sweet-flavored medicine is the most,frequently 26 times,followed by bitter drugs and acrid drugs,with frequent frequency of 25 and 22 times;The spleen meridian drugs are the most,and the frequency is 26 times,followed by drugs in the lung,stomach,liver,and large intestine,and frequency of 20 times,19 times,17 times,17 times.4.Drug cluster analysis: The system cluster of high-frequency drugs is performed,9 core drug pairs are obtained,the k-means cluster is performed,and the 5-combined prescription is obtained according to the theory of Chinese medicine.5.Drug association analysis: Analysis of 233 drugs,obtained the rules composed of 36two-flavored drugs,the rules of 7 three-flavored drugs,and the rules of 3 four-flavored drugs.Conclusions1.Postpartum constipation ancient prescriptions are mostly used for reinforcing drugs,purgating drugs,qi regulating medicine,blood activating drugs,and heat-clearing drugs.The medicinal properties are mostly warm,cold,and flat.The taste of medicine is focused on the three aspects of sweetness,bitterness,and acridness.It is mostly related to the spleen meridian drugs,and it is closely related to the drug of the lung,stomach,liver,and large intestine.2.Compatibility around the "adjust qi and blood at the same time,combine with cooling and warming,combine with rising and decline" principle collocation.Ligusticum wallichii,angelica,peach kernel,white peony,prepared rehmannia root,cistanche deserticola,and hemp seed 7 flavor medicines are the most widely used.3.The method of medicine prescription can refer to the rule of the formula of the famous prescriptions such as yangzheng tongyou decoction,Jichuan decoction,huanglong decoction,tongyou runzao pills,runchang pills,zengye chengqi decoction,and muxiang binglang pills.In ancient times,siwu decoction was widely used in the treatment of postpartum constipation.
