| Objective:The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Jichuan decoction in the treatment of constipation caused by opioids in non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:NSCLC patients with constipation after using opioids in the oncology ward of Ningde Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to December 2022 were selected.The attending doctor gave them TCM syndrome differentiation and strictly followed the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.70 patients who met the requirements were selected for clinical observation.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group(Jiawei Jichuan decoction combined with lactulose oral liquid)and control group(lactulose oral liquid only),with 35 patients in each group.After one week of treatment,the syndrome quantitative score,Wexner constipation score,quality of life questionnaire score and curative effect of patients with constipation were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and statistical analysis was made by SPSS23.0 software.After the end of treatment,the recurrence and adverse conditions were counted,and the long-term prognosis and safety of the two groups were evaluated.Results:(1)Case completion: in this study,a total of 70 patients were included in this study,and finally completed clinical observation in 66 cases,including 2 cases in the control group and 2cases in the treatment group,so they were not included in the statistics.(2)Baseline: there was no significant difference in gender,age,Wexner constipation scale score,PAC-QOL constipation self-rating questionnaire score and syndrome quantitative integral distribution between the two groups before treatment.(P> 0.05)(3)The score of Wexner constipation scale: the score of Wexner constipation scale after treatment in both groups was lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the two methods could effectively alleviate the symptoms of constipation.(4)Syndrome quantitative score: the syndrome quantitative score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05),indicating that the two methods can effectively reduce the symptoms of constipation and discomfort.(5)PAC-QOL constipation quality of life self-rating scale: the PAC-QOL scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the two methods could effectively improve the quality of life of the patients.(6)Clinical efficacy: the total effective rate was 96% in the treatment group and 78.78%in the control group.Among them,0 cases were cured,2 cases were markedly effective,30 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective in the treatment group,while 0 cases were cured,0 cases were markedly effective,26 cases were effective and 7 cases were ineffective in the control group.the results showed that Jiawei Jichuan decoction combined with lactulose oral liquid was more effective than lactulose oral liquid in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer patients with constipation caused by opioids.(7)During the trial period,the safety index was not abnormal,indicating that the safety of the two treatments was better.Conclusion:(1)Jiawei Jichuan decoction combined with lactulose oral liquid can effectively reduce the symptoms of constipation and improve the quality of life of patients,which is better than that of lactulose oral liquid alone.(2)The use of Jiawei Jichuan decoction combined with lactulose oral liquid has no obvious adverse reactions and is safe and can be widely used in clinic. |
