With the rapid development of electronic information technology and the popularity of mobile devices, more and more people are using mobile apps to access medical services.Mobile medical services have enabled people to enjoy great convenience by getting rid of time and space barriers to accessing medical care. However, mobile health services have also raised health privacy concerns, making users apprehensive about disclosing health information, and users’ willingness to disclose health information directly affects the quality of health services they enjoy. Therefore,it is of great significance to study the factors affecting users’ willingness to disclose health information to improve the service quality of mobile medical platforms and promote the good development of mobile digital medical services. In this paper,20 valid literatures on health information disclosure are first taken as research materials, data encoding processing and meta-analysis are carried out,and an influencing factor model is constructed from the perspective of information processing energy according to the meta-analysis results and fine processing possibility model.Subsequently, through the necessary condition analysis(NCA)and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fs QCA)of 135 valid questionnaires collected, the necessary conditions and configurations affecting users’ willingness to disclose health information were explored. The results of this study are as follows:(1)Through meta-analysis,it is found that there is a positive and strong correlation between trust and reciprocity norms and users’ willingness to disclose; There was a positive and moderate correlation between perceived benefits, personalized services, information quality, and emotional support and willingness to disclose; There is a negative and low correlation between perceived risk and privacy concerns and willingness to disclose; There is basically no correlation between information sensitivity and willingness to disclose.(2)Through NCA analysis,it is found that trust is a necessary condition that affects users’ willingness to disclose health information, and the level of willingness to disclose information will increase with the increase of trust level.(3)By combining the results of NCA and fs QCA,three configuration paths that affect users’ willingness to disclose health information are constructed: path 1(riskmitigating type),when the user’s perceived risk is low, even if the information sensitivity is high, the user will have a strong willingness to disclose;Path 2(trade-off type),when the user’s expected return is greater than the expected risk, its willingness to disclose information will increase;Path 3(interest-driven),when the user’s privacy concern level is low,its willingness to disclose information is mainly driven by perceived benefits. Finally, this paper sorts out the research conclusions and summarizes the theoretical and practical implications. The conclusion of this paper can provide a path choice for the reasonable use of health information by mobile medical platforms, enrich the theoretical framework in the field of information disclosure behavior, and provide decision-making guidance for public privacy information disclosure.
