Research On The Design Of Community Care Service For Elderly Patients With Hypertension Living Alone

At present,the proportion of the elderly living alone in China is also increasing in the context of the increasingly serious trend of population aging in China.China’s aging population is becoming increasingly serious and the frequency of hypertension in the elderly is increasing.The life of the elderly is affected by many factors,such as empty-nest,disability,family miniaturization,etc.At the same time,there is also the problem that the social pension system is not sound enough,which brings great challenges to China’s traditional pension model.The number of elderly people living alone with hypertension in China has increased sharply.The needs and requirements of this group for elderly care have increased both in life and in psychology with the development of society.China currently lacks a mature old-age system for elderly hypertensive patients,so a more perfect solution is needed to change the current old-age situation.In response to the government’s policy to promote the innovation of urban elderly care,this paper,based on the service design theory,investigates and studies the elderly care in urban smart communities under the trend of population aging in China.Through in-depth interviews and questionnaires,we can have a more comprehensive understanding of the target group,analyze the physiological needs,psychological needs,behavioral characteristics and daily living habits of the elderly with different hypertension,summarize the exact needs of the elderly group for community elderly care services,and use service design tools to analyze and verify.Secondly,the service design innovation research is carried out for elderly hypertensive patients living alone in the context of fast information age and urban smart community,such as daily living diet,medical health and other elderly care issues,and the service process and design pain points of elderly hypertensive patients living alone in the community elderly care service are analyzed,based on the four aspects of community elderly care service stakeholders,user needs,service patterns and user experience,Innovate the overall smart community elderly care service system,and finally use the service design tool to form the smart community elderly care service system design framework of "service center+elderly care APP+elderly care service",thus putting forward a set of feasible service design elderly care system.
