| Objective:To study the changes of infrared thermal imaging characteristics of the treatment of plantar fasciitis with myofascial chain theory and meridian acupointtheory by acupotomy, and to evaluate the difference between the efficacy of the two methods.Method:In this study,60 patients with plantar fasciitis were included and randomly divided into myofascial group(using needle knife release treatment along muscle fasciitis chain to find the target muscle or fascia)and meridian acupoint group(using needle knife release treatment according to meridian acupoints),30 cases each, once a week,3 weeks as a course of treatment.A total of one course of treatment.Infrared thermal imaging temperature of pelma and back of calf, the temperature difference of pelma and back of calf,VAS visual simulation score and Maryland foot score of the patients were recorded before and after treatment. The efficacy was evaluated by comparing the infrared thermal imaging temperature of pelma and back of calf, the temperature difference of pelma and back of calf,VAS visual simulation score and Maryland foot score system before and after treatment. The efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was evaluated,Result:1.Before treatment, there were no significant differences in gender, age, affected side, etiology, plantar infrared thermal imaging temperature, plantar infrared thermal imaging temperature difference ΔT,back of calf infrared thermal imaging temperature, back of calf infrared thermal imaging temperature difference ΔT,VAS visual simulation score and Maryland score between the two groups(P all >0.05).2.After treatment, the temperature of plantar infrared thermal imaging on the affected side of myofascial chain group and meridian acupoint group increased significantly, and the difference was statistically significant compared with before treatment; And the plantar infrared thermal imaging temperature of meridian acupoint group was higher than that of myofascail group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).3.After treatment, the infrared thermal imaging temperature difference ΔT between the affected side and the healthy side of pelma in the myoscail chain group and meridian acupoint group decreased significantly, and the difference was statistically significant compared with before treatment; And the temperature difference of myoscail chain group was significantly highter than that meridian acupoint group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).4.After treatment, the temperature of back of calf infrared thermal imaging on the affected side of myofascial chain group and meridian acupoint group increased significantly, and the difference was statistically significant compared with before treatment; And the plantar infrared thermal imaging temperature of meridian acupoint group was higher than that of myofascail group, and the difference was significant(P<0.01).5.After treatment, the infrared thermal imaging temperature difference ΔT between the affected side and the healthy side of back of calf in the myofascail chain group and meridian acupoint group decreased significantly, and the difference was statistically significant compared with before treatment; And the temperature difference of meridian acupoint group was significantly lower than that myofascail chain group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).6.The total effective rate of meridian acupoint group was higher than the myofascail group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.With the application of infrared thermal imaging technology,it can be observed that in patients with plantar fasciitis, metabolic abnormalities occur not only on the affected side of the foot, but also on the fascia of the calf triceps muscle connected to the plantar fascia. After treatment, the abnormal metabolism of plantar and fascia of triceps muscle were corrected.Infrared thermal imaging technology can improve the objective data of the diagnosis of plantar fasciitis and the comparison of curative effect before and after treatment. It can be applied to the diagnosis and efficacy evaluation of plantar fasciitis.2.The application of meridian acupoint theory in the treatment of plantar fasciitis has a better effect than myofascail chain group in improving the metabolism of the affected plantar and the posterior fasciitis of the calf.3.In the infrared thermal imaging images of patients with plantar fasciitis, the range of low metabolism changes on the affected side of the plantar plantar and the back of the calf was highly coincided with the running of the back surface chain in the myofascial chain and the running of the foot solar bladder meridian. To a certain extent,it is confirmed that the myofascial chain theory and the traditional Chinese medicine meridian theory have the possibility of theoretical commonality, which provides more space for further Chinese and western theories to cooperate in the treatment of plantar fasciitis. |
