| Purpose:This study intends to use a randomized controlled method to explore the efficacy and safety of Buzhong Yiqi decoction plus internal administration combined with magnetic and electrical stimulation in the treatment of vaginal laxity syndrome diagnosed as Zhongqi sag type,providing a new basis for the treatment of vaginal laxity syndrome(VLS),helping more patients to relieve the condition and improve the quality of life.Methods: 72 cases were included and divided into experimental group(Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with magneto electric stimulation group)and control group(pure magneto electric stimulation group)according to the principle of randomized control,with 36 cases in each group and a treatment cycle of 3 months.After treatment,statistical analysis was performed on the indexes of vaginal relaxation scale,gynecological examination scale,female Sexual Function scale(FSFI),traditional Chinese medicine symptom scale,quality of life scale and so on before and after treatment.Result:1.Before treatment,general data such as age,course of disease,height,weight,and clinical data such as The vaginal laxity questionnaire(VLQ),gynecological examination score,Female Sexual Function Scale(FSFI),TCM symptom score,and quality of life score of subjects in the two groups were statistically analyzed and compared,and the results showed that P > 0.05,and the differences were not statistically significant.2.After treatment,of the 60 samples included,30 cases in the experimental group were cured in 7 cases,effective in16 cases,effective in 4 cases,ineffective in 3cases,the recovery rate was 76.7%,and the total effective rate was 90%.In the control group of 30 cases,5 cases were cured(16.7%),10 cases were effective(33.3%),11 cases were effective(36.7%),4 cases were ineffective,the recovery rate was 50.0%,the total effective rate was 83.3%.There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P > 0.05).The apparent rate of the two groups was P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.3.After the treatment,the survey of vaginal relaxation questionnaire showed that the statistical results of the experimental group before and after treatment were P<0.01,and the difference was statistically significant.The statistical results of control group before and after treatment were P<0.01,and the difference was statistically significant.The statistical results of the two groups after treatment were P<0.05,and the difference of VLQ between the two groups was statistically significant.4.After treatment,the survey of gynecological examination score table showed that the statistical results of the experimental group before and after treatment were P<0.001,with statistical significance.The statistical results of control group before and after treatment were P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.The statistical results of the two groups after treatment were P<0.05,and there was statistical significance between the two groups.5.After the treatment,FSFI survey showed that the statistical results before and after treatment in the experimental group were P<0.01,and the difference was statistically significant.The statistical results of control group before and after treatment were P<0.01,and the difference was statistically significant.The statistical results of the two groups after treatment were P<0.05,and the FSFI difference between the two groups was statistically significant.6.After the treatment,the total score survey of TCM symptoms showed that the statistical results of the experimental group before and after treatment were P<0.01,and the difference was statistically significant.The statistical results of control group before and after treatment were P<0.01,and the difference was statistically significant.The comparison between the two groups of TCM symptom evaluation after treatment showed that the difference was statistically significant in the aspects of abdominal distension,fatigue and low qi and lazy speech(P<0.05).The results showed no statistical significance in the aspects of rapid urination,prostration of objects in Yin,waist and knee tenderness and constipation(P>0.05).7.After treatment,the life quality score survey showed that the statistical results of the experimental group before and after treatment were P<0.01,and the difference was statistically significant.The statistical results of control group before and after treatment(P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant.Post-treatment statistical results of the two groups(P<0.05),there was a statistically significant difference in post-trial quality of life scores between the two groups.Conclusion:1.Oral Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with pelvic floor magnetoelectric stimulation or magnetic electric stimulation alone in the treatment of female vaginal relaxation have improved to varying degrees,while oral Chinese medicine combined with magnetic electric stimulation is superior to magnetic electric therapy alone,which is worthy of further research and implementation.2.Oral Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with pelvic floor magnetoelectric stimulation has a significant effect on the treatment of vaginal relaxation of middle Qi depression,and no obvious adverse reactions were found during the treatment.Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with pelvic floor magnetoelectric stimulation can safely and effectively treat vaginal relaxation.3.Oral Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with pelvic floor magnetoelectric stimulation can better improve patients’ systemic symptoms and improve their quality of life. |
