Clinical Study On The Effect Of Modified Zhitong Rushen Decoction Hip Bath On Wound Healing After Radical Resection Of Perianal Abscess

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of modified Zhitong Rushen Decoction on patients with low perianal abscess after radical operation,and to explore whether modified Zhitong Rushen Decoction can effctively relieve postoperative pain,reduce wound exudation,and promote wound healing,so as to evaluate the clinical effect of modified Zhitong Rushen Decoction on patients with low perianal abscess after radical operation.Materials and Methods: 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases each.The patients in the two groups were treated with the same operation method.The treatment group was treated with the fumigation and washing of hip bath with modified Zhitong Rushen Decoction,while the control group was treated with fumigation and washing of hip bath with potassium permanganate solution.The pain scores and the degree of wound exudation cleanliness of the patients in the two groups were observed and recorded on the 3rd,7th and 14 th days after treatment.Observe and record the granulation growth and wound reduction rate of patients in the two groups on the 7th and 14 th days after the treatment,and analyze and compare the difference of curative effect between the two groups.The wound healing time of the two groups was compared.Result:1.On the 3rd day after medication,the pain score of patients in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the wound exudation was less than that in the control group(p<0.05).2.On the 7th day after medication,the pain scores of patients in both groups were lower than before,and the effect of the treatment group was relatively more obvious.The wound exudate cleaning and granulation tissue growth in the treatment group were better than those in the control group.3.On the 14 th day after medication,there was no significant difference between the two groups in pain score and wound exudate cleaning.The granulation tissue growth of patients in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the wound reduction rate was higher.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.4.The average wound healing time in the treatment group was 31.07 ± 4.33 days,which was shorter than 33.67 ± 4.25 days in the control group.Conclusion: After the operation,the use of the modified Zhitong Rushen Decoction in the hip bath fumigation can relieve the postoperative pain of patients with low perianal abscess,reduce the secretion and exudation of the wound,promote the growth of granulation tissue,and accelerate the healing of the wound.It can play a good role in promoting the wound treatment after the operation of this disease,and no obvious adverse reactions were found during the clinical observation,which is worthy of promotion and application.
