Clinical Observation Of Guiling Decoction In The Treatment Of Closed Ankle Joint Fracture Preoperative Swelling Pain

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Guiling Tang in the treatment of closed ankle joint fracture in the aspects of deswelling,analgesia and waiting time before surgery,analyze and evaluate its clinical significance,and provide the basis for clinical treatment.Methods:Sixty patients with closed ankle fracture were selected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria.They were randomly divided into mannitol group,Guiling Tang group and mannitol plus Guiling Tang group.After admission,the three groups were respectively given intravenous mannitol infusion,oral Guiling Tang or the combination of the two,and stopped on the day of operation.Ankle swelling degree,pain degree,preoperative waiting time,number of cases of deep vein thrombosis,number of postoperative infection,blood routine before and after treatment,liver and kidney function and other major indexes of the three groups were recorded,respectively.Statistical software was used to process the data.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in gender,age,fracture site,Langues-Hansen classification and cause of injury among the three groups(p>0.05),so the three groups were comparable.In terms of swelling degree,swelling effect and pain score,the three groups were statistically significant(p <0.05),on day 3 and day 5,respectively compared with day 1.Three groups were statistically significant(p <0.05).In terms of preoperative waiting time,the three groups were compared(p<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Deep vein thrombosis and postoperative infection were compared among the three groups(p>0.05),and the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion: To a certain extent,Guiling Tang can reduce the soft tissue swelling and pain after ankle fracture,shorten the preoperative waiting time,which is conducive to the early repair of soft tissue,and has significant clinical effect.Guiling Tang is a safe and effective prescription for the clinical treatment of soft tissue swelling and pain after closed ankle fracture,which is worth popularizing and applying.
