Clinical Study On Functional Dyspepsia (Spleen And Stomach Deficiency Cold Type) Treated By Medicated Moxibustion

Objective:To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,psychological anxiety state(SAS)and long-term recurrence in patients with functional dyspepsia(spleen and stomach deficiency cold type)with the prescription "Jiang Fu Xiaopi Decoction" combined with moxibustion,which was prepared by Professor Jiang Liyun,and to demonstrate the characteristics and curative effect of the combined treatment of internal and external Chinese medicine by applying the ideological guidance of Yunnan Wu’s Fuyang academic school for syndrome differentiation.Methods:In this study,a total of 108 patients with functional dyspepsia(spleen and stomach deficiency cold type)were included and randomly divided into treatment group,control group 1,control group 2,36 cases each,the treatment course of the three groups was 4 weeks.Strictly observe and record the changes of TCM syndrome and psychological anxiety state before and after treatment in the three groups.The patients in this study were visited by phone or text message one month after the end of the treatment course,and the changes of their condition were recorded in detail.The research data were analyzed by statistical methods,and the clinical efficacy of the mentor’s experience prescription "Jiangfu Xiaopi Decoction" combined with moxibustion on functional dyspepsia(spleen and stomach deficiency cold type)was summarized.Results:1.Comparison of overall curative effect after treatment: 1 case fell off in each of the three groups,so 105 cases were actually observed in this study.After 4 weeks of treatment,it was found that the total effective rate was 94.28% in the treatment group,88.57% in control group 2,and 68.57% in control group 1.The difference among the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).It is suggested that Chinese medicine combined with moxibustion has the best overall curative effect.In addition,the treatment group was compared with the control group 1(P<0.05),indicating that the effect of Jiangfu Xiaopi decoction combined with moxibustion on functional dyspepsia(spleen and stomach deficiency cold type)was more significant than that of Fuzi Lizhong Wan alone.2.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: In terms of the total TCM syndrome score of the three groups,it was found that the score of the three groups after treatment decreased significantly compared with that before treatment(P<0.01),and the score of the treatment group decreased more significantly than that of the two control groups after treatment(P<0.01),indicating that the treatment plan of the three groups had obvious effect on the improvement of the overall syndrome.Jiangfu Xiaopi Decoction combined with moxibustion has the best therapeutic effect.3.Comparison of scores of single symptom: After treatment,the scores of each single symptom among the three groups showed that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in terms of dull epigastric pain,little food,full epigastric fullness and overflowing water(P<0.01).Illustrate ginger add new soup combined moxibustion method in the treatment of the diagnosis the new full,the diagnosis to home,eat less,stay,the effect of the spit water aspects than pill has more advantages in the use of aconite.4.Comparison of anxiety scores: Intra-group comparison of SAS scores of the three groups before and after treatment showed that: P<0.01,with significant statistical difference.After treatment,the SAS score of the three groups was compared with that of the control group(P<0.01).It was found that the score of the treatment group decreased more significantly than that of the control group(P<0.01),indicating that the treatment plan of the three groups had significantly improved the anxiety condition,and Jiangfu Xiaopi decoction combined with moxibustion had better effect on the improvement of anxiety condition than Fuzi Lizhong Wan alone.5.Comparison of long-term recurrence: after the course of treatment and at an interval of 1month,the patients in the three groups(effective,effective,cured)were respectively visited by phone or text message.A total of 33 patients were followed up in the treatment group,including 7 patients with recurrence rate of 21.21%;31 patients in control group 2 were followed up,including 10 patients with recurrence rate of 32.25%;24 patients in control group 1 were followed up,including 14 patients with recurrence rate of 58.33%(P<0.05).These results indicate that Jiangfu Xiaopi Decoction combined with moxibustion has advantages in reducing the long-term recurrence rate of FD.6.Evaluation and analysis of safety indicators: No abnormal results were found in related safety indicators in the three groups before and after treatment,and no adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion: The prescription "Jiangfu Xiaopi Decoction" prepared by Professor Jiang Liyun and moxibustion combined with moxibustion can play a good effect in the treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia(spleen and stomach deficiency cold type).It has many advantages in the improvement of clinical symptoms,adjustment of patients’ anxiety,reduction of long-term recurrence and safety,which is worth further reference and promotion in clinical practice.
