| Objective:By studying the information of inpatients with common mental disorders such as schizophrenia,anxiety disorder,depression,bipolar disorder,acute and transient psychiatric disorders in a tertiary hospital in Chongqing,We need to analyze the influence of sociodemographic such as gender,age,nationality,marital status,educational level,occupational distribution and family history of the patients on the diseases.This paper aims to explore the relationship between common mental disorders and related influencing factors in this specialized hospital.And we want to provide reference for the prevention,diagnosis,treatment and prognostic care of these common mental disorders and to promote the development of mental health cause towards higher quality and comprehensive system.It’s necessary for this research to provide suggestions for the forthcoming"hospital-community-family"rehabilitation connection model of mental disorders.Research methods:The original data were collected through the inpatient diagnosis and treatment record system of a third-level specialized hospital in Chongqing,and the data of 800 patients treated in the hospital from January 2022 to February 2023 were sampled from the data of various departments.The original data were input and managed by Excel,and the subsequent data analysis was conducted by SPSS 27.Among them,counting data was expressed by composition ratio/rate,and differences between groups were tested by x~2,P<0.05 was statistically significant.logistic analysis was used for multivariate analysis,stepwise analysis method was used to screen variables,andα<0.05 was used as the test standard.Results:1.Description of the patient’s sociodemographic information:800 medical records were included in this time,and 41 were excluded according to the exclusion criteria.A total of 759 effective cases were studied,among which 316 were males,accounting for 41.64%.Female 443 cases,accounting for 58.37%.Patients aged18-44 years accounted for the largest proportion,reaching 54.02%.The patients with middle school education level were the largest group,reaching 225 cases,accounting for 29.64%.In terms of marital status,59.55%of the patients were unmarried,amounting to 452 cases.In this time,699 Han patients were collected,but only 60ethnic minority patients were collected.In terms of occupation of patients,the largest group was unemployed people,accounting for 45.85%,with 348 cases.It was followed by the student population at 30.43%.According to the description of patients and their caregivers,no family history of disease accounted for 83.53%of the total samples,up to634 cases;There were 125 patients with family history,accounting for 16.47%.2.Description of disease types:the number of patients with depression is the largest,accounting for 38.87%of this study;The second was schizophrenia,accounting for 36.63%;The number of patients with anxiety disorder and bipolar disorder was relatively small,accounting for 5.93%and 8.04%,respectively.3.Analysis of differences between patients’sociodemographic information and disease types:Through the difference analysis,it was found that the five factors of gender,age,education level,occupation and marital status of patients had statistical differences(p<0.05),among which the risk factors of depression and schizophrenia had obvious differentiation characteristics.The nationality and Patient’s family history had no significant statistical difference with disease type.Conclusions:Patients who are male,aged between 19 and 59 years old,educated in primary school or below or junior college,divorced and married or remarried,workers and farmers,or unemployed are all risk factors for schizophrenia.The patients are female,under the age of 18 or 60 years old and above,the education of middle and high school or postgraduate,marital status is unmarried,occupation as a student or teacher and other professional and technical personnel are more likely to suffer from depression.In this study,statistical differences between ethnicity,family history and common disease types of patients were not reflected. |
