| Objective: To understand the current situation of teachers’ teaching and the work satisfaction of teachers’ funding in Wuhu Community base for standardized Training of General practice Residents(referred to as "General Practice Resident Training"),analyze the factors affecting the quality of teachers’ teaching and the work satisfaction of community teachers’ funding,and put forward concrete and feasible suggestions for community teachers’ teaching and their work.Effectively improve the teaching level of community base teachers.Methods: By reading literature and experts’ suggestions,two questionnaires were prepared on the questionnaire star website,namely "Satisfaction of Students in General practice Residential Training to Teachers in Community basic Areas" and "Job Satisfaction of Teachers in General Practice Residential Training in Community Basic Areas",respectively with students in general practice Residential training and teachers in Community basic areas as research objects.The link of the electronic questionnaire was distributed to the students of general practice resident training and the teachers in the community base area starting from2020,2021 and 2022 in Wuhu City,Anhui Province,and the students of general practice resident training and the teachers in the community base area were asked to fill in the corresponding electronic questionnaire carefully.SPSS 22.0 software and Likert scale 5-level scoring method were used to conduct statistical analysis on the data collected from the questionnaire survey,respectively to analyze whether the difference in the satisfaction scores of general practice resident trainees and community teachers with different basic conditions was statistically significant,and to find out the influencing factors.Results: 1.Questionnaires were distributed to 100 resident trainees of general practice and54 community teachers,with the recovery rate of 100%.Cronbach’s Alpha and KMO of questionnaire 1 were 0.963 and 0.913,indicating high reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Cronbach’s Alpha and KMO of questionnaire 2 were 0.894 and 0.851,indicating that the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were also acceptable.2.In questionnaire 1,the overall satisfaction score of the students for the community teachers was(4.21±0.71)points,among which,the satisfaction score of "teaching students according to their aptitude" was the lowest(4.06±0.91)points,followed by the satisfaction score of "clear teaching objectives"(4.07±1.00)points.Only in the basic situation of "whether there is a doctor certificate or not",the overall satisfaction score of the general practice resident trainees to the community teachers was compared,p < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.3.In questionnaire 2,the overall satisfaction score of community teachers’ job satisfaction was(3.45±0.66)points,among which,the score of "easy promotion" was the lowest(2.89±0.97)points,followed by the score of "welfare treatment"(2.96±0.99)points.Community teachers with different basic conditions only in the "age" and "professional title",the overall satisfaction score of community work comparison,p < 0.05,the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion: 1.The residents of general practice in Wuhu are generally "relatively satisfied" with the teachers in the community;It is suggested that community teachers should strengthen the ideological education of students,teach students according to their aptitude,heuristic teaching,clear the teaching objectives,let students think clearly,clear the important and difficult points to master,to achieve the goal of community-based teaching.2.The job satisfaction of the community teachers is at an "average" level.It is suggested that the community base improve the material incentive mechanism for the teachers and the system conducive to the promotion of the teachers,so as to improve the enthusiasm of the teachers and cultivate more and more qualified general practitioners. |
