Objective: Fetal intrauterine distress is a disease that cannot be ignored during pregnancy. It can lead to slow fetal growth, increased red blood cells, reduced fetal movement, and in severe cases, endanger the safety of the fetus. In this paper,we measured the ultrasonic blood flow spectrum data of fetal umbilical artery, middle cerebral artery, and maternal uterine artery, and assessed the fetal hypoxia status through the change of the spectrum to further predict whether the fetus has intrauterine distress.Through this study, the research team will detect the changes of resistance index(RI),blood flow pulsation index(PI),ratio of peak systolic blood flow rate to end diastolic blood flow rate(S/D)of fetal umbilical artery, middle cerebral artery and maternal uterine artery,so as to better understand the health status of the fetus in utero.Statistical analysis of the ratio of MCA PI,UA PI,and MCA PI/UtA PI measured by ultrasound pulse Doppler can effectively assist obstetricians in diagnosing fetal distress, which has significant clinical significance. Methods: This study selected pregnant women who underwent regular prenatal examination and delivery in our hospital from October 2021 to February 2023,and collected 50 cases of late pregnancy fetal distress clinically diagnosed due to abnormal fetal heart rate monitoring who underwent ultrasound examination after admission to the hospital as the observation group. In addition,50 cases of normal pregnancy without intrauterine distress were selected as the control group. The pregnancy age of the control group was 22-40 years old, with an average of(27.25 ±0.28)years old;The gestational age ranged from 32 to 40 weeks, with an average of(37.79 ± 0.65)weeks.The observation group had a gestational age of 21-42 years, with an average of(28.08 ± 0.39)years old;The gestational age ranged from 33 to 41 weeks, with an average of(37.23 ± 0.88)weeks.There was no statistically significant difference in baseline data between the two groups(P>0.05).The Voluson E10 color Doppler ultrasonic detector can record the blood flow spectrum data of fetal umbilical artery UA,middle cerebral artery MCA and maternal uterine artery UtA of the two groups of pregnant women, and combine the fetal heart monitoring status and neonatal Apgar assessment after delivery to more accurately assess the health status of the fetus and study whether each index is related to fetal distress in utero.result:1.The research results showed that compared with the control group, the PI,RI,and S/D values of UA and UtA in the late pregnancy observation group increased significantly(P<0.001).2.During late pregnancy, the PI,RI,and S/D values of MCA in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.001).3.The MCA PI/UA PI ratio and MCA PI/UtA PI ratio of the late pregnancy observation group were lower than those of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.001).Conclusion:1.Fetal UA,MCA,and maternal UtA blood flow parameters monitoring are important indicators for diagnosing fetal distress in the uterus.2.MCA PI/UA PI,MCA PI/UtA PI can sensitively and accurately estimate fetal hypoxia status in the uterus.
