Objective: By publishing questionnaires,we collected relevant data on the current research of job burnout,job satisfaction,psychological capital and social support of pharmacists in medical institutions in Changchun City,and analyzed the impact of pharmacists ’ job satisfaction,psychological capital and social support on job burnout,and explored the correlation between the four.Based on this,we put forward suggestions for improving the job burnout of pharmacists in medical institutions,and provide reference for medical institutions and relevant government departments to formulate measures to reduce the level of job burnout of pharmacists in medical institutions.Methods: A total of 600 questionnaires was distributed on the network platform,and SPSS24.0 was used for statistical analysis of the data.Independent sample t test or analysis of variance was used for single factor analysis,and LSD / Dunnett T3 method was used for multiple comparison.Continuous variables were analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.Multiple factors were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis.AMOS was used to establish the structural equation model.Results:(1)The total score of job burnout of pharmacists was(43.66±32.40);The average score of psychological capital of pharmacists was(85.66±30.40).The average score of social support of pharmacists was(36.85 ± 12.48);The work satisfaction of pharmacists was(74.93±25.21)points.(2)There were differences in the scores of job burnout of pharmacists in gender,age,title,employment form and childless.(3)Job burnout of pharmacists in medical institutions was negatively correlated with psychological capital;Job burnout of pharmacists was negatively correlated with social support.Job burnout of pharmacists was negatively correlated with job satisfaction;The social support,psychological capital,job satisfaction and job burnout of pharmacists were significantly correlated.(4)After controlling the influence of different factors such as gender,age and educational level,self-efficacy,hope,objective support and support utilization were the main influencing factors of job burnout of pharmacists,which could explain 57.4% of the variation degree of job burnout.(5)Job satisfaction directly negatively predicted job burnout,and the direct effect value was-0.16.Psychological capital and social support had mediating effects between job satisfaction and job burnout,accounting for 19.6% and 51.8% of the total effect value respectively.Psychological capital and social support had a chain mediating effect between job satisfaction and job burnout,and the effect value was-0.032,accounting for 4.7% of the total effect value.Conclusion:(1)Job burnout existed in 552 pharmacists,mainly in mild and moderate degree.(2)Influence factors of job burnout,psychological capital,social support,job satisfaction and four dimensions of pharmacists are different.(3)Psychological capital,social support and job satisfaction are all negatively correlated with job burnout.As mediating variables,psychological capital and social support have indirect effects on job burnout.Psychological capital and social support have chain mediating effects on job satisfaction and job burnout.(4)By giving full consideration to the occupational value of pharmacists,improving the working ability of young pharmacists,broadening the channels for self-improvement of pharmacists,clarifying the reward and punishment system,increasing public publicity of pharmacists and pharmacy,actively guiding pharmacists to participate in popular science publicity activities,training pharmacists to form a positive and healthy attitude will help to improve the burnout situation of pharmacists and improve the work quality of pharmacists. |
