| Objective: Through Meta-analysis and systematic evaluation,to seek the evidence which based on the effectiveness of detoxification and promoting blood circulation method therapy in the treatment of Coronary heart disease angina pectoris,so as to provide clinical basis for the use of such methods in traditional Chinese medicine to treat Coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Methods: Relevant search terms were used in commonly used medical literature databases for search,and the retrieved literature was initially screened through Note Express software,and then the final included research literature was selected through full-text reading.Then,the required the effective rate of angina pectoris,the effective rate of ECG,the effective rate of TCM symptoms,the withdrawal rate of nitroglycerin,Angina symptom score,TCM symptom score and the data of hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-6,HCY,FIB,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,ET-1,NO data were extracted from the included literature.Finally,Review Manager 5.4 software was used for data analysis and finally reached relevant conclusions.Results: A total of 44 research articles were included in the study,with a total of 3480 patients,including 1745 cases in the trial group,1729 cases in the control group,and 6cases of shedding.The results of Meta analysis show: Effective rate of angina pectoris[OR=3.20,(95%CI:2.61,3.91),P<0.00001];Effective rate of Electrocardiograph [OR=2.14,(95%CI:1.71,2.67),P<0.00001];Effective rate of Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms[OR=5.36,(95%CI:3.97,7.22),P<0.00001];Nitroglycerin discontinuation and reduction rate [OR=3.60,(95%CI:2.74,4.72),P<0.00001];Angina symptom score [MD=-2.48,(95%CI:-3.17,-1.79),P<0.00001];TCM symptom score [MD=-2.88,(95%CI:-3.61,-2.15),P<0.00001];hs-CRP [MD=-1.32,(95%CI:-1.99,-0.65),P<0.00001];TNF-α [MD=-0.66,(95%CI:-1.00,-0.31),P=0.0002];IL-6 [MD=-3.27,(95%CI:-5.12,-1.42),P=0.0005];HCY[MD=-4.00,(95%CI:-5.50,-2.50),P<0.00001];FIB [MD=-0.33,(95%CI:-0.71,0.05),P=0.09];TC [MD=-0.56,(95%CI:-0.80,-0.32),P<0.00001];TG [MD=-0.26,(95%CI:-0.43,-0.10),P=0.002];HDL-C [MD=0.14,(95%CI:0.05,0.23),P=0.003];LDL-C[MD=-0.39,(95%CI:-0.57,-0.21),P<0.00001];ET-1 [MD=-10.16,(95%CI:-12.48,-7.84),P<0.00001];NO [MD=10.08,(95%CI:5.58,14.58),P<0.00001].Sensitivity test and analysis indicated that the study was stable.Funnel plots were evenly distributed,indicating that the possibility of publication bias was low.Conclusion:The detoxification and promoting blood circulation therapy has significant effects on angina pectoris patients with coronary heart disease in terms of the effective rate of angina pectoris,the effective rate of ECG,the effective rate of TCM symptoms,the rate of stopping and decreasing nitroglycerin,the score of angina pectoris symptoms,and the score of TCM symptoms,hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-6,HCY,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,ET-1,NO.The evaluation fully proves the effectiveness of detoxification and promoting blood circulation therapy in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. |
