Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Liver And Kidney Deficiency Syndrome Of Wangbi (Rheumatoid Arthritis) With Bushen Tongluo Decoction

Objective: Through the observation of the clinical efficacy of Bushen Tongluo Formula in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(Wangbi)with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome,and after comparison and analysis with the control group,this topic determines the clinical application value of Bushen Tongluo Formula,and provides an efficient and safe treatment plan for patients with RA with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome.Methods: This study collected patients with rheumatoid arthritis(Wangbi)of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome who were diagnosed in the outpatient and inpatient department of the Rheumatology Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to October 2022,and who volunteered to participate in the study.A total of 68 patients were included after screening according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 34 patients in each group.The observation group was given Bushen Tongluo prescription orally,twice a day;In the control group,the patients were treated with Wangbi tablets orally,4 tablets(2g)at a time,3 times a day,The observation time was one course of treatment(4 weeks of continuous treatment was one course of treatment).Observe and record the DAS28 score,RF,joint tenderness number,joint swelling number,ESR,morning stiffness time,VAS score,average grip strength of both hands,and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment in both groups,and comprehensively evaluate the effect of Bushen Tongluo Formula on rheumatoid arthritis(Wangbi)with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome.And use spss to process the data.result:1.Basic data: The age and sex of patients in the two groups were comparable(P>0.05).2.Intra-group comparison: The two groups had statistical significance in disease activity and clinical symptoms before and after treatment.3.Comparison between groups: DAS28 score,number of joint tenderness,joint swelling,VAS score ESR and TCM syndrome points of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);In terms of RF,morning stiffness time and average grip strength of both hands,P>0.05,there was no significant difference between the two groups.4.After the course of treatment,The total effective rate of disease efficacy in the observation group was 94.12%,and the total effective rate of disease efficacy in the control group was 88.24%.The observation group was superior to the control group,P<0.05;In terms of TCM syndromes,the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.18%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 82.35%.The observation group was better than the control group,P<0.05.5.Safety comparison: the observation group and the control group did not have adverse reactions during the treatment,and the safety was high.Conclusion: 1.Both Bushen Tongluo Decoction and Wangbi Tablet can effectively treat patients with rheumatoid arthritis(Wangbi)with liver and kidney deficiency without adverse reactions.2.Bushen Tongluo Decoction has better effects on treating patients with joint tenderness,joint swelling,ESR,VAS scores,DAS28 scores,and traditional Chinese medicine syndromes than Wangbi Tablet.The two drugs have similar effects on RF,morning stiffness time,and average grip strength of both hands.3.The principle of tonifying the kidney and dredging the collaterals has a high overall effective rate of disease efficacy in patients with rheumatoid arthritis with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome,as well as a high overall effective rate of TCM syndrome efficacy,and is recommended for use.
