Study On The Medication Rule Of Traditional Chinese Medicine For Nephrotic Syndrome Based On Ancient And Modern Medical Record Cloud Platform

Objective: Based on the cloud platform software of ancient and modern medical records,data mining was carried out by collecting medical records treated with adult primary nephrotic syndrome without immunosuppressive treatment,and medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine treated with adult primary nephrotic syndrome were analyzed,in order to provide therapeutic ideas and methods for clinical treatment.Method: The search terms "nephrotic syndrome" and "traditional Chinese medicine" and "traditional Chinese medicine" and "medical records" or "medical records" were used for retrieval through CNKI,Wanfang Knowledge Data platform and VIP Journal integrated service platform.The search item was the full text,the retrieval period was not limited,and the retrieval discipline was "traditional Chinese medicine",integrated Chinese and Western medicine,and "traditional Chinese pharmacy".According to the Natpai standard,Strict inspection shall be carried out,and the medical records meeting the standards and those meeting the standards in the medical records database of the cloud platform shall be combined into the database for data mining.Results: 79 medical records were included,with 256 effective prescriptions.There were 231 TCM in medical records,among which 27 were used more than 40 times.From high to low,they were in order: Astragalus,Poria,white art,licorice,alisma,codonopsis codonopsis,angelica,yam,poria,salvia miltiorrhiza,eurygorgon,tangerine peel,aconite,dogwood,plantageae,hyssop,Leonuri,gold cherry blossom,ground dragon,Coix seed,cooked rehmannia,Qingfeng,ligusticum ligusticum,raw Rehmannia Rehmannia,cassia twig,and Hedyotiss.Ping,sweet and spleen channels accounted for the largest proportion of the four Qi and five flavors of traditional Chinese medicine.The effect of traditional Chinese medicine appears most for the benefit of water infiltration.Through association analysis,it was found that the main drug pairs were Atractylose-Poria,Atractylose-Astragalus,alisma alisma-Poria,codonopsis Radix-Poria,angelica Radix-Astragalus and poria poria.Cluster analysis was performed on the top 18 flavors of drugs used frequently,and four cluster combinations were obtained as follows: the first type:Astragalus membranaceus,poria cocos;The second category: licorice,atractylodes,codonopsis;The third category: Angelica sinensis,Salvia miltiorrhiza,motherwort,hyssop,tangerine peel;The fourth category: Alisma,Ling,Aconite,Psyllium,Gorgon euryale,cherry blossom,yam,dogwood.After complex network analysis and screening,the 10 core drugs were respectively Astragalus,Poria,atractyloides,yam,codonopsis,licorice,alisma alisma,angelica,Gorgon euryale and poria.Conclusion: The drugs used by traditional Chinese medicine to treat adult primary nephrotic syndrome are mainly calming,which can be combined with cold and heat drugs according to different conditions.The main effect of medicine is mainly to facilitate water and dampness,but it is often combined with drugs that tonify liver and kidney,strengthen spleen and qi.According to the syndrome on the side of medicine,the pathogenesis of primary nephrotic syndrome is mainly deficiency of primary deficiency,which is mainly deficiency of spleen and kidney.Standard real is mostly wet,but also wet turbid,humid heat,blood stasis.In the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome,it is estimated that tonifying kidney and spleen,removing dampness and expelling turbidity,and reinforcing essence are the basic principles.
