| Objective: Taking the patients with anterior sacroiliac joint(SIJ)dislocation as the research object,by observing the clinical effect of the treatment of this disease based on the principle of myofascial chain with the same treatment of the muscles and bones and conventional massage and bone-setting,to observe the clinical effect of the new treatment, and hope to achieve a safer and effective treatment of sacroiliac joint dislocation in clinical practice. Methods: Through screening,72 patients with anterior dislocation of sacroiliac joint from the massage department and orthopedic treatment area of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study subjects, and the experimental group and the control group were compared by using a randomized controlled study method.(1)The experimental group was given three times a week,a total of two weeks, the treatment scheme of the same treatment of the muscles and bones under the theory of the myofascial chain, including the release of the myofascial chain of the posterior epichain, the pressing and inactivation of the pain points, the modified frog reduction method for bone-setting and muscle stretching; The control group was given a traditional massage and bone-setting program three times a week for a total of two weeks, including relaxation of local tension muscles such as the chest and waist, gluteus maximus and biceps femoris.Visual analogue scale(VAS)was used to evaluate the pain of the two groups before and after the intervention;Roland Morris Disability Questionnaire(RMDQ)was used to assess the dysfunction before and after intervention; The quality of life before and after the intervention was evaluated using the Japanese Orthopaedic Association Low Back Pain Quality of Life Scale(JOA);SPSS 25.0 was used to process the data obtained,one-way ANOVA was used for inter-group comparison, and paired sample T test was used for intra-group comparison.Results:(1)Eight of 72 subjects fell off during the test.A total of 64 subjects participated in the intervention and evaluation of the whole experiment, including 30 in the experimental group and 34 in the control group. Before intervention, the relevant factors(age, course of disease, height, weight,BMI,VAS,RMDQ,JOA)of the two groups were compared, and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)Pain evaluation:(1)Compared with before intervention,VAS score of the two groups decreased significantly after intervention(P<0.01).(2)The VAS score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group after two weeks of intervention(P<0.01).(3)Dysfunction evaluation:(1)Compared with before intervention, the RMDQ score of the two groups decreased significantly after intervention(P<0.01).(2)Compared between groups, the RMDQ score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group after two weeks of intervention(P<0.01).(4)Assessment of quality of life:(1)Compared with that before intervention,JOA scores of the two groups were significantly higher after intervention(P<0.01).(2)The JOA score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Two weeks of intervention based on the principle of myofascial chain, the combined treatment of muscle and bone and the routine massage and bone-setting,have significantly improved the pain, dysfunction and quality of life of anterior dislocation of sacroiliac joint.(2)The effect of two-week fascial-bone combination therapy based on the principle of myofascial chain is better than that of conventional massage and bone-setting.(3)The method of muscles and bones based on the principle of myofascial is effective in the treatment of anterior dislocation of sacroiliac joint. The operation is safe and reliable, which provides a wider choice for the clinical treatment of sacroiliac joint dislocation. |
