Study On Mining Of Professor Nan Zheng’s Experience In Treating Chronic Nephrosis

Objective:By using data mining technology(DM),the cases of Professor Nan Zheng’s treatment ofchronic nephrosis were statistically analyzed retrospectively,and the medication rules and core prescriptions of Professor Nan Zheng were studied,so as to summarize and inherit his academic thoughts and medication experience.Methods:The cases of chronic nephrosis treated by Professor Nan Zheng from October 2011 to October 2021 were collected.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,the qualified medical records were selected from the medical record data of Professor Nanzheng’s studio,and a database was established.Using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(V3.0)to analyze the input data,and mine the basic information of patients,disease information,prescription information,four diagnosis information,drug information,etc,and dig out potential new prescriptions.Results: A total of 300 patients were included in this study,with a total of1500 consultations.Symptoms that appear frequently are fatigue,fear of cold,edema,backache,palpitation,frequent nocturnal urination,tinnitus,chest tightness,poor sleep,shortness of breath,dry stool,backache,loose stool,dry mouth and dizziness.The top three frequencies of pulse condition,tongue quality and fur quality are heavy and thin,slow and weak,and slow respectively;Light and fat tongue,toothed tongue and cracked tongue;White fur,less fur and thick fur.A total of 26 drugs were used more than 100 times.The statistical results of "four qi" of traditional Chinese medicine show that the frequency of coldness is the first,followed by flatness.The frequency of "five flavors" is counted,in which the frequency of sweet flavor is the first,the frequency of pungent flavor is the second,and the frequency of bitter flavor is the third.The statistical frequency of "meridian tropism" is liver meridian,lung meridian,kidney meridian,spleen meridian and heart meridian.According to the final statistical results,the core drugs are as follows: cogongrass rhizome,rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae,butterfly,pangolin scales,buckwheat,thistle,dragon’s blood,turmeric root and puffball;Commonly used drug pairs are puffball,buckwheat,cogongrass rhizome,Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae,Radix Curcumae,pangolin scales,etc.According to the analysis,there are 12 groups of drug combinations with confidence level of 1.A total of 3 new prescriptions were obtained and 25 groups of drug core combinations were analyzed.Conclusion: Professor Nan Zheng thinks that the drugs for treating chronic kidney wind are mostly cold drugs in the four qi,mostly sweet,pungent and bitter drugs in the five flavors,and mainly liver,lung,kidney,spleen and heart meridian in the meridian tropism.The main therapeutic methods are to clear away heat and toxic materials,relieve sore throat and relieve depression,and penetrate the meridians.This study laid a foundation for applying Professor Nan Zheng’s theory of "kidney wind" and played a very important role in promoting and inheriting the theory of "kidney wind" in traditional Chinese medicine.
