Objective: Through the clinical research data management platform(integrated platform of clinical research(tjtcm.cn)),collect clinical diagnosis and treatment data and basic information of stroke patients with acupuncture interventional therapy in the real world, analyze the clinical characteristics of patients with abnormal swallowing function;preliminarily explore the impact of acupuncture intervention time on the recovery of patients;and make more optimized evaluation on the long-term treatment effect of acupuncture through follow-up;and calculate the relevant rules of acupuncture acupuncture. Methods: This study is a prospective,single-center case registry study design method based on a real-world study and is an observational effect comparative study.Data will be entered into the clinical research data management platform through multi-party quality monitoring. The required data was extracted from the clinical data management platform and imported into the Excel table.Data were processed, counted and analyzed using SPSS25.0 software. If P <0.05 was statistically significant;if P> 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant. Results: There were 220 registered cases,of which 91 patients had dysphagia, and 41.36% patients after stroke. There were more males in patients than females. The maximum age of onset was 92 years, the minimum age was 43 years, and the mean age of onset was 65.51 ± 10.15(years).Among the patients, the shortest duration was 1d and the longest duration was 87 d,with a mean duration of 25.51±22.04 d.Efficacy analysis of swallowing function scores of patients with different WST grades of acupuncture intervention: with different degrees of swallowing disorder,13 had mild dysphagia,46 moderate dysphagia, and 22 severe dysphagia, accounting for 16.05%,56.79% and 27.16%,respectively.After comprehensive acupuncture treatment,48 had mild dysphagia,21 moderate dysphagia, and 12 severe dysphagia, accounting for 59.26%,25.93% and 14.81%,respectively.No WST scale scores between the groups 15 days before intervention(t=-0.567,P=0.572> 0.05),with no significant difference between the two groups.WST scale scores among patients within 14 days of onset(t=-2.433,P=0.017 <0.05),which showed differences between the two groups after treatment.ALB values were t-tested before and after discharge, and ALB values were statistically significant before and after admission(t=-2.490,P=0.015 <0.05).Conclusion: 1 After stroke, dysphagia patients within 14 days of the onset of interventional acupuncture treatment is better than interventional acupuncture treatment after 14 days of the onset of stroke,so after the stroke of swallowing difficulties, when the situation allows,to intervene acupuncture treatment as soon as possible;2.In the acupuncture points, the near point are mainly lian quan,Panglian quan, big vertebra, neck ridge, the far point from the guan, hand three,Zusanli,He valley,qu chi,and then according to the symptoms of the patient;3 Through the follow-up results,we can see that the swallowing function after stopping acupuncture intervention has not been restored. In the treatment of abnormal swallowing function after stroke, acupuncture treatment should be maintained to help achieve the best treatment effect.
