| Objective: In this study,Bayesian network Meta-analysis principle was applied to compare the efficacy of Chinese proprietary medicines auxiliary to conventional western medicine therapy in reducing inflammatory response,improving hemorheology,enhancing heart function,and reducing the incidence of MACE in patients with stable coronary artery disease(SCAD)after PCI,in order to screen out the best scheme.It means to summarize evidence-based medical evidence and provide freshly concept for medicine treatment of SCAD.Methods: In this study,randomized controlled trials(rcts)related to the treatment of patients with SCAD after PCI were retrieved from four Chinese databases,CNKI,Wanfang Data,CBM and VIP,and three English databases,Pub Med,Embase and the Cochrane library,the time limit is from the establishment of the database to October 2022.Two people separately selected the included studies from the original literature,extracted the required data and evaluated the methodological quality.Stata 16.0software was used to perform network Meta-analysis,and direct and indirect comparisons were made between different Chinese patent medicines to evaluate the eight outcome indexes of IL-6,hs-CRP,PV,FIB,HS,LS,LVEF and MACE,and probability ranking was conducted for the efficacy of different Chinese patent medicines.Results: There were a total of 19 rcts with 2,239 patients,13 oral Chinese patent medicines.The results of network Meta-analysis and cumulative sorting probability show that:(1)In terms of reducing the level of IL-6: five rcts compared five kinds o f Chinese p atent medicines,and the efficacy from high to low was as follows: danhong injection>shensong yangxin capsule>yangxinshi tablets>tongxinluo capsule>heart-protecting musk pills.(2)In terms of reducing the level of hs-CRP: six rcts compared five kinds of Chinese patent medicines,and the efficacy from high to low was as follows: qishen yiqi dripping pills>heart-protecting musk pills>danhong injection>compound thrombosis capsule>naoxinqing tablets.(3)In terms of reducing the level of PV: seven rcts compared five kinds of Chinese p atent medicines,and the efficacy from high to low was as follows: shensong yangxin capsule>y ixin kangtai capsule>heart-protecting musk pills>compound danshen dripping pills>tongxinluo capsul e.(4)In terms of reducing the level of FIB: four rcts compared three kinds of Chinese patent medicines,and the efficacy from high to low was as follows: heart-protecting musk pills>shensong yangxin capsule>tongxinluo capsule.(5)In terms of reducing the level of HS: five rcts compa red three kinds o f Chinese p atent medicines,and the efficacy from high to low was as follows: yixin kangtai capsule>comp ound danshen dripping pills>tongxinluo capsule.(6)In terms of reducing the level of LS: five rct s compa red three kinds o f Chinese p atent medicines,and the efficacy from high to low was as follows: yixin kangtai capsule>tongxi nluo capsule>compound danshen dripping pills.(7)In terms of improving the level of LVEF: seven rcts co mpared six kinds of Chines e patent medicines,and the efficacy from high to low was as follows: qishen yiqi dripping pill s>shensong yangxin capsule>yixintong tablets>gingko leaf capsule>tongxinluo capsule> ginkgo bilob a dropping pills.(8)In terms of reducing the level of MACE: seven rcts compared seven kinds o f Chin ese patent medicines,and the efficacy from high to low was as follows: compound danshen dr ipping pills>heart-protecting musk pills>tongxinluo capsule>qishen yiqi dripping pills>compound thr ombosis capsule>danhong injection>naoxinqing tablets.Conclusion:(1)Compared with western medicine treatment,Chinese patent medicines combined with western medicine in patients with SCAD after PCI is more effective in reducing inflammatory response,improving hemorheology and reducing the incidence of MACE(p<0.05).(2)In terms of reducing inflammatory response:(1)danhong injection plus western medicine treatment is the best treatment strategy for lowering IL-6 level.(2)qishen yiqi dripping pills plus western medicine treatment is probably the best dealing for lowering hs-CRP levels.(3)In terms of improving hemorheology:(1)shensong yangxin capsule plus western medicine treatment is the best treatment strategy for lowering PV levels.(2)heart-protecting musk pills plus western medicine treatment is the best treatment plan to reduce FIB level.(3)yixin kangtai capsule plus western medicine treatment is the best combined treatment to reduce the level of HS and LS.(4)In terms of enhancing heart function: qishen yiqi dripping pills plus western medicine treatment is the best treatment method to improve LVEF level.(5)In terms of reducing the incidence of MACE: The most effective method to lower MACE level was compound danshen dripping pills plus western medicine treatment. |
