Objective: Physical examination data collected over a three-year period from a medical examination population in Shihezi City were analyzed, focusing on the differences between different types of body mass index and obesity related index abnormalities,to analyze the differences in the detection rate of abnormalities and risk factors, and to provide scientific suggestions for future disease prevention and treatment. Methods: In the three years from May 2019 to May 2022,the people who participated in the physical examination in the health management center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University, obesity related indexes [BMI,blood pressure(BP),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),serum uric acid(sUA),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),homocysteine(Hcy)and fatty liver disease(FLD)] were selected from 13400 persons with complete data, and the data were derived from the system.Epi Data3.1 record text was designed(double entry and review),EXCEL database was established, and SPSS23.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results:(1)Among the 13400 physical examination records, there were 3683 cases in the first year,3968 cases in the second year and 5749 cases in the third year. The average age was 45(34,52)years old,the male and female accounted for 55.28% and 44.72%,respectively.Three year overweight and obesity rates were as follows: 48.42% and 22.22% in male and 27.71% and 7.83% in female.47.49% and 21.73% in males and 28.71% and 9.15% in females.Male 48.61%,23.36%,female 28.70%,9.09%.(2)The rates of overweight and obesity in different age groups in three years were 26.36%,12.34% in youth,43.88%,17.45% in middle age,48.81%,14.32% in old age.31.20% and 12.82% in youth,42.68% and 17.55% in middle age,and 46.10% and 19.70% in old age.28.41% and 15.10% in youth,43.73% and 18.15% in middle age,48.37% and 15.84% in old age;(3)The abnormal detection rate of BMI was the highest, followed by FLD,and FPG was the lowest;(4)There were differences in the detection level and detection rate of obesity-related physical examination indicators among different ages, genders and BMI types;(5)SBP,DBP,sUA,TG,and FPG levels and abnormal detection rates were highest in the 3-year obesity group;(6)Three-year common risk factors: hyperuricemia(BMI,gender and FLD),diabetes(age and sUA),hypercholesterolemia(TG),hypertriglyceridemia(FPG,sUA,TC and FLD),hyperhomocysteinemia(gender and sUA),fatty liver disease(BMI,sUA and TG).Conclusion:(1)BMI is the highest abnormal detection rate in the elderly population, the abnormal level and detection rate of BMI and the proportion of overweight and obesity in males are higher than those in females;(2)The levels and abnormal detection rates of SBP,DBP,sUA,TG,TC and FPG are the highest among obese individuals;(3)After binary Logistic regression analysis, age, gender,BMI,SBP,DBP,FPG,TC,TG,Hcy and FLD are risk factors for each other. |
